I Smell Nice www.ismellnice.co.uk

I ordered perfume over a month ago I wanted as a Christmas present only website I could get the perfume on was this one.. money has being taking from account got no emails off them since they will not email back or answer phone. Absolutely disgracefull. Definitely not recommended.

Still waiting on delivery and reply..

This website should be shutdown as there ripping people off.

I was waiting for my purchase longer than one month, but I did not get it. When I wrote e-mail they did not reply. Now I am waiting money back from nosheks and will never buy from ismellnice again.

When I ordered some frgrance from www.ismellnice.co.uk online, I Smell Nice claimed to have not received payment so cancelled the order. Payment was made via Nochex, who withdrew the money from my account on the same day the order was submitted. Have since asked Nochex for a full refund and will never use ismellnice.co.uk again.

When I hadn't received my item or indeed an e-mail from I Smell Nice.co.uk informing me of dispatch, I wrote to them asking why there was a delay. They apologised and told me the item WAS in stock and I would receive it by the end of the week. As there was still no sign of the item being dispatched after almost a week, I e-mailed them again. They replied and told me the item was NOT in stock after all. Really disappointing as I had to find another retailer at short notice!

I ordered perfume and face cream from I Smell Nice, to the value of £61, and I am still waiting for my order. The money has been taken from my account, but repeated attempts by email to contact the company have been ignored. The phone number of the parent company was also unobtainable.

Be warned: My payment was taken from my account on the same day I made my order, yet the products haven't arrived. I am still waiting and have now had to contact Nochex to request a refund (another company which accepts payments on behalf of ismellnice.co.uk) which I am hoping will happen in the next week. I have tried e-mailing ismellnice.co.uk and have had a limited response, however on Monday they assured me via e-mail that I would receive my products by the end of this week. Again, nothing has arrived and I have heard nothing particularly after e-mailing them this morning.

I most certainly will not be using this company again and I will make sure everyone I know is made well aware that they should steer clear. What a shame I looked at this site after my problems and not before...

I contacted Nochex regarding my order and lack of response from "I Smell Nice", and Nochex also contacted them to no avail. Nochex have now refunded my payment.

In a nutshell I would NOT recommend buying from I Smell Nice.

I Smell Nice site is nice, simple and clear. Very user friendly. Prices are also very good, however, no telephone contact. I emailed 'customer service' twice and no response. Money taken from my credit card and 9 days later still no delivery, no email confirmation that my order even exists. Valuable lesson for next time, never buy from a site that doesn't have a contact number, and also doesn't have feedback on its own site.

I bought some Britney Spears Fantasy perfume for £32.50 and another £2.50 for delivery from the I Smell Nice website. I saved about £10.00 on the local high street price. I ordered it on Monday and got it on Saturday, which was not bad really. It was pretty well wrapped in a massive bag (they must have run out of smaller bags or couldn't find one to fit the box).
