I wanted the Merkur Futur razor for my boyfriend's birthday as I know he had been looking for one and they were sold out on Amazon. I was looking at all of the shaving websites and the Hellrazorz.com site showed in Google.

As this was a gift and I hadn't bought from a website other than Amazon before I emailed them first and got a reply almost immediately. I had been looking as I said and this company are thefourcandles on Amazon but on Amazon they were out of stock so I queried this. They explained to me they had only just come back in after being unavailable for some weeks and hadn't updated their Amazon yet as they wanted their regular customers to have first choice.

I used my Credit Card so I would be fully covered but I needn't have worried as the razor arrived the very next day and they told me the tracking number by email as soon as it was posted. I didn't have time to check and it was here. Dan was really impressed that I had bought him this and I bought the Presentation Gift Box as it was only a little bit more but well worth it. I like it too. I was a bit scepticle about it and it was expensive but his beard has vanished. This was a Win/Win buy and the service was faultless. Would recommend them to anybody.
