I ordered several items and made my order,however i realised that i needed to change an item on my order

As i had asked for next day delivery i was concerned that i would miss the deadline as it is an email service.

I am delighted to say that my order was updated, email answered promptly and delivery arrived well packaged,

as described on time.WELL DONE

I have used handy hippo a few times now but I will not be using them again there has been problems with items being charged for and then days later being out of stock, when they were contacted (via email as there is NO telephone number to make sure you cannot actually SPEAK to someone) the reply was short abrupt and sarcastic. In short I asked for a refund as they could not tell me when stock was due. Their response was "we will refund you in the next 28days) that was it, no apology, nothing.

giving them the benefit of the doubt I placed another other a few weeks later only to never receive it and am now battling to once again to get a refund - in short they are absolutely rubbish with there non existent customer service. I have worked in customer service for 30 yrs and have never thank goodness worked for a company with their attitude to their customers.

Asked a basic query; the reply was not headed (Dear xx) and had not answered the query. When asked again I got a 5 word reply. When sent a shirty response thanking them for their lack of help; I got a scarky reply. Would not use a company that refuses to answer basic queries and is rude to its customers, whether they are big business or family run.

I placed an order with Handy Hippo Crafts at 4.30pm one afternoon, for 7 items. They were all delivered the following day, well packed and of excellent quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
