I rang up the shop, just to enquire about rise and recliner chairs. Luckily they had a shop about 2 miles away and the gentleman kindly gave me directions. I then popped round and picked the gentlemans brains for a second time who kindly gave me all the information i needed to go away and have a think about buying one of these chairs. I rang him up the next week and paid over the phone for the chair, astonishing the chair was delivered and fully installed later that day.

I purchased a stick and paid for delivery. The advet clearly states that they use FedEx Express for all delivers. They said it was sent by Royal Mail and there has still been no delivery. I spoke to Matt Cottam, who sent me a very snotty email, and he would not give me the company owners details. Why not, he must have something to hide.

Having had a lot of problems with online shops lately I'm giving this one a 10 out of 10 for making it so easy and un-confusing to order things from them! The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes from finding the site on Google, to having a browse through the catalogue, to placing my order and receiving confirmation. The cushion arrived 2 days later, quicker than stated, and I'd been given free delivery! I'll definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs health/mobility stuff from now on.
