This Extensions Website Sucks!! I Ordered The Product And Haven't Received It At All!! Its Been 6 Straight Days And Still Nothing!!!-.- Supposedly Said That Once Ordering You Would Receive Product A Day After!! BS!! What kind Of Website Is This?? It Doesn't Have A Number Where We Can Contact Them! I Dnt Know But I Feel Very Irritated! ! I Feel Like Suing This Website!!!! I Recommended NOT To Buy Hair Extensions From This Website!!

Bought human full head from hairextensionsnow.com last week, got a good deal too, almost 40% off - result! Delivered next day, no problems. Good hair, too many pieces for me, half head would have been enough, but happy anyway.

I am very annoyed with this company. I bought hair extensions on 2nd October 2010 and received them in the time they said. However they were not suitable and I sent them back recorded delivery costing me another £5.50 on 13th October 2010 and am still waiting for my refund despite numerous emails to which they have not replied will never use again or recommend to anyone they are rubbish

Hairextensionsnow.com are the biggest nightmare. Stay away from this website. I ordered a full head of extensions (£59.99) and they took the money out of my account straight away. When i received the product it was poor quality, really thin and wispy extensions which would not be suitable for a full head so i used the instructions online to return the product. I was told I had to fill out the form to get an RMA number before i could return. I kept filling out the form and emailing them and kept getting an automated response from them just giving me the same instructions. I think that they do this so that people give up in the end and dont bother to get their refund. But i have persisted and sent them another email (about 5 emails later) telling them their customer service is completely unacceptable. They then replied and i still didnt get an RMA number but they told me to send back anyway. I did this by recorded delivery as I did not trust them. They received and signed for the return on 15/10/2010 and I am still waiting for the refund to come back into my account now on the 27/10/2010. I emailed them on the 25th and they said they would process it then but 2 days later i still dont have this. In my opinion they are a complete waste of time and the worst internet service i have ever experienced!

I order my clipinz to be delivered to India and before placing my order I enquired about the expected date and I was assured 5 days delivery. I had even mentioned in my order I am ordering the extensions specifically for an occasion that is there after 10 days. It has been 9 days since my order was claimed to be despatched. On emailing them I got a reply giving me my RoyalMail tracking no. There seems to be no update on the website other than order sent to overseas postal services. I emailed hairextensions again and still received no reply yet. Also there is no customer service number on their website, so I just feel lost.

I'm so annoyed with www.hairextensionsnow.com and would advise anyone to stay away from them.

3 weeks ago I ordered half a head of extensions with a free pouch to keep them in from HairExtensionsNow, they took the money straight away and promised a next day delivery. About 4 days later I had still not received the extensions so I emailed them to ask when I should expect them.

I received an email explaining that they were moving warehouse and my order was caught up in the move but that they should be dispatched within the next couple of days.

2 days later I received email saying my order had been completed, so I expecting to receive the extensions the following day.

A week later had still received nothing! I emailed them again to ask what was going on. No reply! I emailed them everyday for 4 days asking where they were. They promise they will get back to you within 24 hours on their website, but I had heard nothing in 4 days! Not only that but they don't have a telephone number listed on the website that I could contact them on, so I had to rely on this web form system for a response.

I finally received a reply the following day - it was EXACTLY the same, word for word as the one I'd previously received a week and a half before.

I was really annoyed and at this point thought I'd lost my money.

2 days later the extensions finally arrived. They were delivered to my flat rather than my specified work delivery address, but luckily my boyfriend was home to sign for them.

The free pouch was missing from the order.

The extensions themselves I was not all that impressed with. The clips seemed rather bulky and didn't stay in very well. The hair after being dyed and straightened ONCE was looking dry and tired. The ends looked really awful and ratty. I've only worn them once!

One of my friends also gave them a try, she ordered a ponytail clip on and some extensions 3 days ago on the promised next day delivery, and she's still not received her order either!
