Don't Order!
I've been waiting for my order now for a good while and the company won't answer my emails. I'm not from UK, so have't called them.
Thanks for the previous reviews, I contacted Visa customer service and I will get my money back, but it will take time.
ALWAYS, pay with credit card to be able to get your money back if something like this happens!
Absolutely Appauling
I ordered a pair of GHD's from this website. Having confirmed the order it did not reach me in good time.
I contacted the Customer services team for an update and was informed that the goods have been dispatched and the courier will shortly provide the order.
I was given this reassurance on three occasions and two weeks later had still not received the goods.
This company is fraudulently operating and is getting away with it.
I never received my goods or a refund.

Never Visit Gnbeauty
When i placed my order with GNBeauty, i did not receive an email confirmation like it said it would when i processed my order. Two days later i checked my Bank account and the money had gone out.
So i waited a week, but nothing was delivered.
I rang the Sales number, and spoke to a very polite man who provided me with the order number and said it should be with me in the next 2 days.
However i waited another 4 days and nothing came. So i rang again and spoke to that lovely man again who again told me it would arrive the next day.
I waited, still nothing. So i rang again and they told me it was out of stock. They will refund my order and it will about 4 days.
I waited 5 days and called again. However no answer. I had to call the Salon line to speak to them. Again they apologised and they were having problems with the website and orders etc and they promised to send me email once they processed refund.
I waited another 4 days no refund. No email.
This went on for another 2 weeks, where I had to keep ringing (Salon Line) up to chase up my refund. However still nothing. They keep promising I will get refunded. But they don’t refund your money!
Its was over 5 weeks and I didn’t receive my refund. They broke the law. By law they need to refund the order within 28 days.
I was so angry and fed up with ringing them that I took legal action. Then finally 6 weeks later I got my money back.
I wouldn’t recommend this website to anyone. You wont get the products you ordered and get conned instead.
I also have had a similar experience with this company. I ordered 63 euros worth of products in January 2011, it's now the end of October - no delivery, no refund as requested 4 times and promised and out of pocket. Approached my bank to try to reclaim my money through my visa card. This wasn't possible as the company had changed their merchant details as well as their name from girlznight to gnbeauty.
If this wasn't bad enough my card had been fraudulently used aswell in 2 transactions to the tune of 230 euros.
Can't understand why this company are still trading. You only have search review sights to see the awful reviews and bad experiences, all with the same excuses - lost in post, another sent out, refund in 4 days, the list goes on. Only wish I visited these sites before purchasing.
Appauling company! Dont go near them! I will now be making a complaint to Trading Standards to report them!
