I ordered some miniature bottles of perfume/aftershave from Fragrance Online for a corporate event I was organising. I used the contact sheet on the site and A lovely lady (Kelly) got back to me within the hour.The perfumes arrived on time and were carefully packaged. They were sent via Royal Mail and Kelly emailed me to confirm my tracking number. I was chuffed to bits with the service, the products and the whole experience was actually very pleasant.Will I use this company again and recommend it to my friends?......Absolutely!!! A friend recommended me this website after they had been able to purchase what I thought was a discontinued fragrance line.

I was anxious at first from ordering from them given the other reviews but I don't understand what all the fuss is about!!!

I was very impressed with the service that I received, my item arrived quickly and I was fully updated about my order.

The best bit is I got my fragrance which I haven't seen in the shops or online anywhere else for MONTHS!!!

After many long tedious hours searching for this product, i fount it at Fragrance on line the cheapest. Ok, so the website isn't full of pretty colours and gimmicks but it had the product i wanted....at the right pric!!...It arrived without delay after the long bank holiday weekend which was to be expected and it was well packaged and great value for money (I opted for it to be gift wrapped). I had no problems at all - unlike other leading online retailers who have often cancelled my order due to stock errors or payment problems. I guess all in all, the only thing left to be said is that I will be shopping here again at xmas!

I bought some perfume for my mum for her birthday and was delighted with the product and the customer service I received through Fragrance Online. They were helpful and professional and I received the perfume promptly. I will definitely buy perfume through this company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the site to a friend.

We had problems as well with Fragranceonline.co.uk.

The 0845 number does not work and e-mails were not responded too. After waiting 30 days - and trying to contact them directly via [email protected] and the message page on their website - we contacted our bank to see if we could get our money back. We also contacted BBC watchdog and reported them. HOWEVER, the day after contacting BBC watchdog we received an e-mail from fragranceonline.co.uk, apologising and trying to help. She explained there was a problem with the 0845 number and that the perfume had been sent, albeit not within the 5 days despatch time they state on their website. To apologise she gave us a refund and in addition we now also have the perfume.It may just be a coincidence that she sorted things out just when we started to complain or she may well be geniune, I do not know but at least from a personal point of view our problem has been resolved.

I mention this becasue if you are having a problem I would suggest contacting **** and see what happens.

order put in and paid for no perfume no phone number exists no email response paypal gave me refund next day after complaint what doe's that tell you please dont give them a penny

ordered Burberry touch for MEN...when it eventually arrived it was Burberry touch for Woman...i have tried too call there 0845 number on reciept but this does not excist....tried too send email,but this does not seem too work either...

basicaloly this is a SCAM....and like alot of others i sadly did not read the reviews...

Did not check reviews and no excuse from buying from these cowboys as I should of known better (and don't get taken in by the professional looking website)

I was in a hurry and normally check reviews from sites I buy from but not this time and I am still waiting for my perfume ordered 12 days ago and though I have sent them emails they have not replied but debited the money.

Please do not purchase of this company as they have no customer care and will not get back to you
