Esscentual Fragrances Uk Review: Create Perfume
I just bought a perfume from Esscentual Fragrances (UK) thinking that I would get a very special fragrance created with my favorite notes for a high cost. The company took about 2 months to send in the creation but I was so excited to get it that I really didn't mind about this. When I finally got the perfume, the first thing I did was to spread it around my room and body, and oh boy, the smell was horribly. I mean, it literally stank.
The smell of this perfume is so bad that I cannot even use it to spread it around the house (not even for the shoes). It smells like a wet dirty towel left in a very closed place for a week.
I really don't know what went wrong, but I hope this company stops selling very soon. I felt swindled. Please, stay away from Esscentual Fragrances. They definitely only care about getting the money and giving you a crappy and cheap fragrance (a 3 euros one from a drugstore would do better). I was not able to find any reviews about that company so I really hope this one can help to the next person looking for to buy a fragrance from them.
We are very sorry that this customer was not happy with their perfume. In our online Perfume Studio we offer
customers the unique experience of designing their own perfume, whereby they can choose their own perfume notes
to create their unique fragrance. This does mean that it is a subjective process- our perfumer carefully considers the
combinations chosen and mixes them to the most pleasing combination she can.
The process is intended to be experimental and fun, and as a result occasionally it may happen that a customer finds
that the end result of their combination of notes isn't quite how they imagined. In all concience though our perfumer
will have created a perfume for them using the notes that they have chosen; and many of our customers have told us
that they were delighted with their new perfume.
We do ask customers to allow up to two weeks for delivery as this is a custom made product. Sometimes when
delivering outside of the UK delivery may take a little longer- I am sorry if we did not manage to hit the deadline on
this occasion. It is not a usual occurance and we will investigate our delivery times to make sure they are acceptable.
