I'm over the moon with the chair and customer service. As I was purchasing a wheelchair for the first time I had many questions and was unclear as to what I needed. Highly recommended, an absolute pleasure to deal with. The chair arrived quickly, when he said it would and at a bargain price. If only more retailers were like this.
