I recently discovered Dr. Pierre Ricaud and made my first order which was for over £75. A month later I came back to the website to offer more products. But I stumbled on the screen message saying that the website is now permanently closed and people should order by post and a telephone.

I contacted customer services and they told me that they closed the website to provide more superior and personalized service. Is this some kind of a joke? How can talking to a person on the phone without seeing anything can be more superior than having all the verity and choise of products on the screen in front of you? Now the website is closed, I can not see products anywhere, I don’t have a catalogue either. it’s like picking items in the shop with the lights OFF! This is a huge step backwards going 50 years into the past.

Love all the creams and eye make up. Have been ordering for years, then no brochure has been sent. I tried ordering on line, but it said my post code was not correct, and it was. Also would not let me type which city I live in. Have tried for hours. How do you get a brochure again. I prefer to post my order. I live in the UK.

I have been using pierre ricaud for years their products are amazing the face creams are superb affordable they are my treats to me.i love them I order every few months I cannot praise them enough thanks there is nothing I dislike about them

Having rang and rang and rang into an extremely poor customer service station, no refund has been given after a whole 12 phone calls. Beware of this company, this is obviously how thry make their money by not giving money back to people it is owed to. If I could give this a lower star rating than 1 then I would... this company should be removed.

I ordered good on 29-6-14 my cheque cleared my bank on 7-7-14. As my goods had not arrived I cancelled the order on 1-8-14 and requested a refund. To date this also has not arrived. Their couriers have always been odd, this time however, although having my goods from 10-7-14 they have been non existant. So Beware !!!

I am very unhappy with this company.

I have been using Pierre Ricaud skin products for 10 years. I am 57 this year and people tell me I look at least 10 years younger (sometimes more). I used top of the range skin treatment prior to swapping to Pierre Ricaud but they didn't show results like the PR products do. You really do see a difference in skin tone and texture.

I have been using Dr Pierre Ricaud products for over ten years and absolutely love them! The day and night creams are all excellent as is the neck cream. I am 68 years old, yet people often think that I am much younger - sometimes as much as 20 years less than my actual age! I put it down to daily use of your excellent products. They are certainly good value and I like the free gifts that are offered.

I bought there products years ago. Back in the good old book days LOL. I want to order there prouducts but I can not find there web sight in United states money. I hope some one out there can help me. Thank you I will give my email [email protected]
