Dreadful. Avoid.

I placed and order for three items. Two of them arrived after a few days, but the third was marked as out of stock, would be delivered shortly, and I would be kept up-to-date- with the status of my order.

Having heard nothing for two months, I emailed enquiring about the whereabouts of my order. I had no reply. I emailed three further times, each with no reply.

Three months later I finally called the number on the website. It was listed as unobtainable. I tracked down another number, through google and Amazon, and finally got through to an answering machine. I left two messages, neither of which were returned.

On the third call, someone picked up, and I had a conversation that contained not one single apology or expression of remorse for my experience and trouble. They agreed finally to refund me. They suggested a cheque (I had originally paid by credit card) but I refused, as this would cause me even more trouble. I pointed out that they should either refund my credit card or send refund via PayPal. They agreed to refund my credit card, but nothing happened until two weeks later when I received an email saying a refund cheque was being sent to me in the mail.

This is an appalling company, with disgraceful customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Still Waiting For Items To Follow Now 4 Months.

If they have the goods in stock to be fair they were good value but if goods were to follow forget them they never arrive.

Impossible to contact them customer service as previous reviews have said is completely non-existent. I am still waiting for the rest of my order from September 2012 no refund on goods not sent so in fact I have well overpaid for the items I did receive. I will never use this site again as I can't afford to be ripped off.

Dishonest Do Not Order From This Site

Order an item, and like the previous person, i was told the item wil be delayed and would i like a refund. I have emailed and rung several times, even posted a recorded letter , which was signed for. At least 5 weels have passed and I have not head from them. Do not order from these 'people', They are dishonest. I will be writing to OFTEL and Companies House. I advised them of this and still nothing. It would seem it is easy to scam people online and get away with it. They are also know as DVAH To reiterate, do not order from these people, they are not genuine

Unbelievably Poor Customer Service

I cannot believe that i did not see the reviews before i ordered with this company. I ordered my goods on 19 September 2012 and still have not received them. I chased them up and have not heard anything from them. Please beware!!!!! even if it costs you acouple of quid extra GO ELSEWHERE, thats if you really want the goods that is. I am going to cancel the order through my credit card company now

Avoid This Seller If You Can (see Review For Why)

OK, so here are the simple facts: I placed an order for a product on 28/8/2012. Today is 1/10/2012. And I still didn't receive anthing. Worse, I wrote to them asking them to cancel the order about three weeks ago... no reply! Of all the online retailers I have ever dealt with, this qualifies as the worst service. In fact, it is totally unacceptable, and I am now going to call my CC company to hear how I get my money back.

By the way: the product I purchased is still sold at the site (and in stock!).

So please do yourself a favor: stay away from this company.

After waiting 6 weeks and still waiting for my order. left numerous messages and no one calls you back. sent a dozen emails with no reply.I want my £70 quid back!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!! ITS A RIP OFF!!

Price and selection are great.

Now the negatives you can't call them, all calls goto answer machine and they don't reply to emails.

I ordered a product, it was cancelled (I discovered by logging into my account), they didn't communicate this to me, and they still charged my credit card!

There are many companies out there who care about their customer services, this one does not.

Avoid This Dodgy Trader

I placed an order on this website on 14 March 2012. Their acknowlegement email says "We aim to despatch all items within 2-5 working days". On 15 March 2012 the associated payment was debited from my bank account.

By 4 April 2012, I have not received the goods. I have not received any notice of despatch of the goods. I have not received any explanation for the delay. The Order Status shown on their website stays at "Authorised".

Their telephone lines all lead to recorded messages. They do not respond to answering machine messages.

They do not respond to emails.

I will probably have to turn to the banks' chargeback system in an attempt to recover my money.

Shop At Your Peril

I only ordered two items but they took my money straight away.It would appear the products were out of stock but they still took the money.I hope the refund they say I will get is forthcoming. They do not answer the phone, or reply to your e-mails. When you finally get through excuses are the norm for non performance.Their parent company is just the same.It is apparent from other peoples concerns, they have had a similar experince.My advice is to steer well clear, save yourself a lot of stress.
