Company were very helpful when I was looking to buy an item, however after two weeks the item had not arrived with us. Contacted customer service, told they had sent it and it wasn't their problem.

Tried contacting again and confirming it had gone to the right address or checking for tracking details etc., however no-one got back to me.

Not a company I would deal with again, there are plenty of better suppliers out there who don't rip you off!

2 months later and no sign of the items - Ended up ordering from another company!

Great variety of products, amazing value. They price match and offer a great loyalty scheme. I found a product cheaper elsewhere and asked them to send me a shaker instead of the price match which they did. Thanks!!

I have ordered a product from creatinestore.co.uk, and I have never received it. I complained, they promised to send it again, a few weeks later my product still had not been received! Customer service told me that once they dispached it, it is not their responsibility any more! I am really disappointed, and I will not be shopping there again!

I've used these guys a few times now and their customer service is excellent and items usually arrive within 1-2 days
