We ordered the cosplay wig and got amazingly fast shipping. The wig does not come with stretchy Stocking Like "wig cap", but I got a very inexpensive 2 pack at the store. The wig is PERFECT! It fit well, with the airy stretch netting the hair is attached to. It is light weight and even with Long Hair wound around the head under it, it was NOT hot. We did practice a few times to get the long hair (length is to mid back) as flat as possible and used over 100 bobby-pins in "X" pattern to hold the hair in place before we put the cap then the wig on. Even with so many bobby pins, none pocked out through the wig hair THANKFULLY there was no styling of the wig required! We just shook it out and put it on! Would I recommend this product? Absolutely... YES !

I have received so many compliments. It looks natural, feels smooth and silky and unless I tell people it is a wig they really think it's my own hair. The Synthetic really is a great quality and I could not be happier.

I just received the wig and I must say that I'm very pleased with it! I had my worries about ordering from overseas (is the quality of the product good, will the processing go smooth, will I receive my order), these worries were proven wrong :) Everything went fine. The wig almost looks like the picture (feels like the bang is a little longer) and the hair looks real.

I spent a lot of money for nice hair extentions, which I could have gone to the salon and got them for about the same price. I have called the 877 number multiple times, sent a few emails and even left a message on their offline chat. I wouldn't be so upset if someone would have contacted me thus far to let me know if something is on backorder or whatever but I've gotten nothing from them. I am not sure what their operating hours are but I have called multiple hours of the day and even the weekend and no answer.

Costumewigoutlet is excellent. I love the way the hair is straight at the frame of my face, then gets wavy to the bottom of my ears, finally bursting into soft curls on my lower neck to the end of the wig. I won't straighten this wig because I love the wave and curl placement. I love the placement of the bangs and the versatility of them also.
