I ordered Biox, a thermal mask, moisturizer,and serum. When it arrived the mask had clearly been tampered with, the seal had been lifted completely off, the jar was greasy. Although I was very disappointed I applied it to my face as directed on the box. It didn't heat up on my face like it's suppose to. During my demo at the mall it heats up for a minute or two while it works on your skin. This didn't even heat up, it was clear the Mask had been replaced with something else. I immediately emailed the seller, Cosmetics4less, and explained the situation, then called Amazon, who then told me to wait to hear back from the seller before I file a claim. I never heard back from the seller till after I filed a claim. Her email was rude and said I should have contacted her before I filed. I wrote back that I did and I didn't get the response. To shorten this story, Amazon and the Seller have denied my claim and I'm out $93.00. The return policy says you can't return opened products. Wow, so what is one to do when the product comes opened. What a Racket! Sounds like a scam to me. Needless to say as a one time loyal customer of Amazon,I'm extremely disappointed that Amazon took the side of the seller. Beware, the seller hasn't come to grips that there is a problem (thief) somewhere in their system. they didn't even know I sent them an email. How do you run a business that way?
