I placed an order online on 12/01/2012 for a recliner chair. I was told upon placing my order that it would be delievered in 7 days. 2 months later and I had yet to recieve my order, I made numerous phone calls to the company and each time I was told it would be with me soon. I finally cancelled the order but have yet to recieve a refund. Again I have made lots of phone calls and keep being told the refund has been processed but when I check my account it has not. I am now seeking legal advice as £204.50 is money I cannot afford to lose. The whole thing has upset me greatly and caused me an enormous amount of stress, I will think twice before ordereing online again.
