In November 2017 I bought a ankle bracelet with a credit card. The next day I got a confirmation with a number and they say they would contact me by email in 3/4 days with a tracking number #. Well come to find out I never got a response back. So then I tried emailing them like they say to do if any questions again nothing. So then I try calling but no number on the website no where. So then I call my credit card company and they said they have a number so I get it and call. #323-609-8821 answering machine with no name 

I ordered perfume 11/14/12, they charged my credit card 11/16/12, supposedly shipped USPS on 11/26, I have not received order (12/17/12)and there is no way to reach them, when I entered my order number response is they don't have that order number in their system. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

They will not answer your calls. Then it takes them month to send your item. and it will be fake, cheap stuff from China. Not what you payed for.

I PURCHASED ON LINE FROM THESE WISEGUYS ON DECEMBER 13TH 2012, THEY GOT PAID THE NEXT DAY, THEN AN EMAIL WAS SENT TO ME: THAT THE ITEMS WERE BACK ORDERED

i ORDERED A LIFE PROOF CASE ON NOV.16, AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE IT. tHIS GUY TOOK MY MONEY AND I GOT NOTHING. HOPE HE ENJOYS MY HARD EARNED MONEY.

SCAM do not buy from here. I ordered a life proof case from here on November 17th. When I called and threatened him I got a fake tracking number on Dec 5th. It is now Dec 26 and still no case. I have called several times and left messages but no returned calls. Needless to say this guy stole my money right out of my account. If everyone on here wants to get together we can file a class action law suit against him.

okay we now know it was a scam, items never received, customer service non-existent, They list purchase as unfilled for weeks on website, then mark it fulfilled even tho item was never sent out. Let's take action against these crooks and get their website pulled.

- so if you ordered online, report it to your bank as online fraud. Second, cancel credit card as Blue Outlet has number and have bank reissue a new one. And report it to BBB New York.

Let's get these people off the internet so more people won't be scammed. And possibly, criminal charges will be levied against the rotten Christmas spoilers.

I ORDERED A CELL COVER ON nOVEMBER 14 2012 NEVER RECIEVED THE COVER, ITS BEEN WELL OVER A MONTH . BLUE OUTLET GAVE ME A FALSE TRACKING NUMBER. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY MESSAGES OR EMAILS. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF CONTACTING THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE OF NEW YORK- STAY AWAY FROM BLUE OUTLET ITS A SCAM.

I placed an order with blue outlet 3 weeks ago for 2 car chargers for an iPhone 5. They have not shipped and Blue Outlet refuses to answer emails asking for order status. I will never use blue outlet again.
