This was my first time ordering from this site. I never heard of it but they were the only ones that had the OPI color that I needed for my bridal shower favors. I placed an order and I didn't get it I was freaking as it was the item I need for my favors with zero to no time to find them somewhere else.

Customer service answered my emails promptly they aided me in tracking and even kept in contact with me to see if I received it and/or if they needed to come up with a resolution to help me. They did! I am so grateful I wanted the bridal shower to be perfect for my sister. It may seem like a small gesture but it saved an important day for someone else. Often customer service are hard to reach and they try to help you limited with sometimes little or no resolution. I am so grateful that my purchase was from BEYOND POLISH!!!!!!!!!

great products and great customer service. the nail salon i went kept my laquer and gel by opi. i explained this to customer service and i received a replacement order in 2 days by paying expedited shipping.

Very pleased with my first order from Beyond Polish! Delivery was much faster than I expected, and I am "beyond" pleased!

They have many brands, which makes is easier to get a lot of my wish list at once and get to free shipping. One of the highlights is that they have the large bottles of OPI GelColor. I'm not thrilled with OPI for making two sizes to charge more and I don't want to deal with the tiny bottles; since BP only has the large bottles there are no price tricks and you're getting the real deal. If something you want is out of stock though, you may be waiting a long time. Easy ordering, clean site.

I ordered two CND Scentsations lotion and one arrived with a defective pump. I emailed Beyond Polish and they promptly sent me a replacement without requiring either a return or proof of issue. Very responsive service. This was my first order with the company and will definitely order from them in the future.

I recently purchased a set of 7 bottles for bridesmaids and after placing the order decided on a different color. I emailed their customer service and got a speedy reply stating that the order had been cancelled and that I would receive a refund. Then! I went to order the different color I wanted but my new customer coupon code for 20% off had been used on the first order that I'd decided to cancel. So I emailed customer service again and received a quick reply stating that they would honor the coupon code and clear instructions for how to make that happen. I will absolutely shop with Beyond Polish again. Very quick, clear, and friendly replies to customer service issue. Thank you!!!

I ordered 13 OPI Bubble Bath Polishes for my bridesmaids. Not only was the price AMAZING! I was searching online everywhere to find a decent priced OPI and came upon the website. I am so glad I did. After I ordered, the products shipped a couple of days later. They came in great condition besides one polish that broke in transit. The color is EXACTLY what I ordered and it is great quality. I contacted Beyond Polish about the one broken polish and they were so great. They sent me a new polish for FREE! How awesome is that.

Best place to order my OPI and Essie gel polishes, the prices are very competitive and ordering is so easy.

There are a selection of colors to choose from, but buy them asap cause it gets sold out quickly.

Great customer service, they answered my emails within 10 minutes of asking.

When it comes to customer service I was very surprised by the quick responses and the polite decorum of the employees. I love the affordable price point and I'm stunned by their selection.

My only complaint would be that the more popular shades are frequently sold out and its difficult to coordinate so that you can buy them all at once. I'm looking forward to getting my hands on pennytalk and a few other exquisite shades.

Otherwise I think this is a great company and so far I've had a very positive experience. I like the interface of the website, making an account is so easy and i adore the fact that I get my tracking number with the receipt email so I don't have to hunt for it. It's very convenient.

Do my polish shopping on line. Was very pleased with the selection and variety. After several orders I sent an email with a question regarding something in particular I was looking for and was having problems finding. After a VERY quick response I was then able to place an order for just what I was looking for. I believe their prices are competitive. Products arrive quickly and in great shape. I love this place !!
