If you don't want to get cheated and lose your money, keep your hands off that so-called "company". I placed an order (that will be "pending" forever) and payed for it without receiving anything. No mails and phonecalls answered. Lost an amount of 240 Pounds. Better Chemist is the worst. Take the money and run!!!

One has to take into consideration that these are unprecedented times and delays are inevitable. I have two orders shown as pending on their website. One of these was placed about five weeks ago and the other three and a half weeks ago. I have had acknowledgements for both orders by email. The website gives two telephone numbers. When one of these is dialed I get the recorded information that that number is not operational. The other number rings, and rings, and rings.....but is never answered. AS I said these are unprecedented times but surely it is not unreasonable to receive an email apologizing for the delay in sending the order and giving some indication as to when they hope to dispatch it. All in all, completely unsatisfactory and terrible customer service. I would advise that you find an alternative supplier.

I’m really unimpressed with this company. I placed an order about 4 weeks ago which has basically been ignored!!

On signing into my account I can see the order is still ‘pending’ however the full payment for the order and the delivery were taken from my bank at the time order was placed.

I have sent 3 separate messages to the company on their ‘contact us’ tab with no response. Disgusting service.

I have now resorted to get my bank involved in the hope that I can get at least get my money back.

Stay away from this company.

I have ordered an item to be sent to Netherlands the money came off my account but the item ordered never arrived

My first order was delivered very quickly and with no hassle. The packaging was just a plain brown jiffy bag which is good for privacy. I would definitely order again and I would absolutely recommend to you all reading this :-) This is a very efficient service. Thank you. I made an order on the 24th of August and have received nothing. It has been over 2 weeks and BetterChemist have done nothing at all to resolve it, I have sent several emails and received a single reply saying that they will contact the owner for a resolution. That was nearly a week ago. What sort of customer service needs to contact the owner? It sounds very fishy to me.

I am out of pocket and very disappointed. I will be contacting the fraud watchdog with the details of this site. I suggest others to avoid like the plague.

Ordered 4 weeks ago. Phoned and told they had miss placed order. Would resend and confirm. No reply to emails, now the phone is out of order!!!!!!!!!! Don't trust it looks like I have lost my money. I have no goods they have my money. Criminals!!!!!!!!!!!

Very literally felt like a sham company, I placed the order and after three weeks or so it still hadn't arrived, no update from them, I emailed several times - they were never replied to; I called more times than i can remember for me only to be hung up on.

I've been buying items from this store for ten years now and I have never had any problem. This is a top class store and you won't find a better one anywhere I recommend BETTER CHEMIST highly enough.

Ordered on Dec. 20th, had not received my order after a month, tried repeatedly to contact company. They finally replied that my order must have gotten lost over the holidays, though they provided no proof that they'd actually shipped it in the first place. I requested re-shipment with tracking, so I could see my order in transit. They refused. To their credit, they offered a refund, but a) I have no idea whether they would have honored that (haven't received a refund yet) and b) after over a month of waiting, emailing, and getting no response, I feel that I deserved a guaranteed order.

So, bottom line: I wouldn't trust these people, their customer service department is unresponsive, shipping unreliable. If you actually need medication, this is not a company you can count on. I will not be ordering from them again.
