After receiving an advert on my iPad for Dermagen IQ which when advertised it said a member of the royal family and a company had got together and designed Dermagen IQ cream at affordable prices and they had free samples but you had to pay pp so I applied to get the free sample they charged me £4.95 for 2 small samples that wouldn’t have cost a first class stamp to send, they gave a tracking no: and the price to send through Hermes was £2.79 so I don’t know where they got £4.95 from, they put in the parcel a jar of Dermagen IQ which I didn’t ask for and they was going into my bank account to take out £69 if I didn’t send this jar of cream back within 15 days and cancel my account but first you have to contact them for a code first. I parcelled up the cream and took to the post office and I was charged £2.95 to send back. I thought when it said a member of the Royal Family was involved with this that it would be alright how wrong was I, so to get my free sample it has cost me £7.90 which could have been sent with a First Class Stamp. I can honestly say I feel let down I am an old age pensioner and it has cost £7.90 to get a free sample I would say this is not free, so to anybody who is thinking of ordering this product Dermagen IQ from this company Beauty & Truth be careful and make sure you understand what you are asking for I asked for free sample but they sent a jar of cream as well even though I didn’t order this and cost me more money to send back.
