DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

You will not get your order as I found out the hard way!

I was searching online for a product called Morrocan Oil which is quite difficult to find in the UK so I ordered the product online from Avant Garde salon. It is now 4 weeks and I have still not received my order.

I paid £30!

A week after ordering I noticed that I hadn't been sent a dispatch note as I normally get from online sellers. I phoned the salon only to be told by the polite receptionist that it is only the manager who deals with online orders and he wasn't there so I should call back tomorrow. So I called the next day and was again told that the manager was not there. I called again a week later and this time managed to speak with the manager who was very apologetic and mentioned that he was away on his honeymoon. I though good for you but why wasn't anyone else taking charge of the online orders?!

So he said that he would take care of the order and get it sent out - and also call me when this was done.

A week later, still no order or call to tell me what the hell was going on!

I called twice more and could not get through to the manager.

It has now been 4 weeks and I am so angry knowing that there's little I can do for the sake of £30 apart from going down to the salon, which would cost me that in train fare!

Be warned - you can order from Avant Garde, but they don't deliver and hide like cowards!!!
