I adore Au Courant and I have been ordering from www.aucourant.ie for a year now, I always found the deliverys to be very prompt & efficient I always place quite large orders & they always throw in a few samples too :) I was suprised to see the poor reviews earlier but I then seen they are dated 06 I believe a new distribution company took over au courant in Europe in 2009 and I can confirm they are 100% with customer service and support. The high rating that I gave was due to the fact that no matter how big or small my order, it is on time, as I move around a lot, and it has been posted to many different addresses. The Irish Au Courant sales team are always lovely, and they are a pleasure to deal with, as well as having a beautiful product behind them.

I Have Nothing But Praise For The Ladies That Run
I have nothing but praise for the ladies that run Au Courant in Ireland, they are not the largest distributor but they are very cordial and kind hearted. Never had a problem, they are always prompt and courteous. It's nice you can always ring them via the tele.
Au Courant is the only sunless tanning product I will use and I have tried them all! Much better than over rated and over hyped "St. Tropez" or "Fake Bake"!

Au Courant Is A Great Us Company, Or At Least, A G
Au Courant is a great US company, or at least, a good US company with great products. Unfortunately, the people who represent Au Courant in the UK/Ireland, are in my opinion, absolute clowns. The UK home site - online store - delivery base is a site based in Ireland - www.aucourant.ie.
Known issues:
Website known to lose (or not log) orders. No email to inform customers. You are left sitting in the wind unless you enquire. You'll eventually do this, after a week or so.
Terrible communications. One sentence replies, poor explanations, grammar, spelling. Replies like, "sorry, that item was o/o/s". No advice is given on next steps or other solutions. What I am getting at is that this is not a customer focused transaction. No options are given and you have to coax a solution out of them. Oh, and for clarity purposes, "O/O/S" means Out of Stock. Oh dear oh dear.
Deliveries have missing items.
Don't reply to emails when querying missing items.
Customer support is run from a Hotmail account. What a joke.
For Internet businesses, it's hard to find a poorer set-up than that. Many pro eBay sellers blow clowns like these folks away.
My advice, save up for a large order (think of everything you need), and order direct from the US site - www.aucourant.com. This should help off-set larger delivery costs.
