Good Start Cannot Order Again Due To No System In Place
First order weas good, one broken bottle which they did nothing about let it down a bit though.
Have tried to place a second order, but apollo active have no system in place to process.
Leads me to think they may no longer be trading.
Will still buy if they sort this out.

Not Received, Won't Reply - Don't Use!
I'm not sure how this company has got any decent reviews at all - goods ordered 6 weeks ago, no sign of them, no correspondence from them and no reply to my contact (there is no phone number). Normally I wouldn't use a company with no tel no but was duped by some of the reviews saying they were legit. My order was only £16 so no big loss, and I don't normally write reviews but just want to make sure no-one else gets taken in and potentially lose a lot more money. Please find a site that is legit, and who gives full contact details including a phone number!
I have used this company twice in the past and both times were fine and I did get responses to emails fairly quickly. I recently however in the past month
have been trying to order again but when I get to checkout it bars me from paying saying 'checkout n/a problem with shop owner not
giving a gateway' what ever that means. I have also emailed 3 times to find out what's going on but have had no response which is unusual. I can only assume they are having problems or have ceased trading despite still having a website presence. Cold comfort I appreciate for your order. Another online retailer I used to use that was fairly good though very slow has gone into liquidation - the ecogreenstore - which is sad. But both of them were giving quite big discounts on a lot of products so I can only figure it just wasn't sustainable. It wasn't for ecostore as they cite financial difficulties as their demise. However as yet nothing from Apollo(not) active. If you paid by card for your order(or paypal) you should be able to claim back off them. Check that out as i reckon they may have ceased trading unfortunately.

I ordered some products and after 9 days still hadn't received them. I e-mailed them and they said they would look into it. Four days later they said a driver had attempted delivery but only tried once. Interesting as I had no note through my door saying delivery had been attempted. They re organised delivery and it arrived two days later. Inside the packing note said it had been packed two days ago as opposed to the original date I ordered it which was two weeks previous!
Not very apologetic or helpful. Will NOT use again.
If they delivered with DPD, sometimes DPD drivers are known to do stuff like that. I once had an order pretended to be delivered but the guy didn't even attempt delivery - I was standing waiting for the item to be delivered and I never saw him come.
What's likely is that they sent you the order again.

Ordered some biocare products last week and received the order after just 2 days. Much cheaper than buying from the shop. The order was extremely well packed and delivered by the Royal Mail. Will be ordering again next month.

Goods Never Received
I ordered goods on a 1-2 day delivery and they were never received. Apollo Active finally responded to one of my messages saying they were going to get the delivery company to deliver the goods (5 days on) but a week on they have still not been received and Apollo Active have not responded to my last two emails. They have no customer service phone number

Are Apollo Active still in business? I ordered some stuff on 22 March, they acknowledged it but nothing since, no replies to e-mails and their site has been down for days.
