Sometimes buying online can be a bit of a 'faceless' transaction, however I called this company looking for advice on some anatomy models for teaching and found that they were both knowledgeable and helpful, even though the item I was interested in was not that high value. Good to see that decent customer service is still alive and well in the age of ecommerce!

Just bought from this site, would defo recommmend to a friend, so fed up from being ripped off from the supplier my hospital recommends, this was cheaper and delivered on time.

I ordered an anatomy chart online and it arrived well-packed within two days. No need to contact customer service so I can't comment on that but was kept up-to-date with order via email. Recommended.
