I have purchased shower filters from them three times. The first time went well and everything was delivered on time. The second time, my package came but extremely late. To the point I thought my money gone. They had finally sent my filters after 3 emails asking where they were. The last purchase was my biggest one, I bought a new shower head and filters and more replacement filters for my other showerhead. I only received my new shower head. I lost more than 100 euros. I will never purchase anything from them again.

I Ordered 2 filters online as their web site showed in stock on 3rd Nov 2016,

I chased them regularly for an update via email and phone but received nothing.

Eventually I received only one filter on 18th Nov, chased again but go not update so reported to American Express for none delivery.

The one filter I did receive was posted from the USA and marked as a gift with a low value to avoid import duty which is tax evasion, so beware

I tried these Pearls as a substitute to the one I normally use (I use the yeast balance). These were more expensive, but did have the same price for shipping. They arrived on time and were not damaged!

These Pearls are the normal size and color. Although I do not have any immune issues, I did find that these calmed my stomach and did the job well. I did not have any pain or issues. My only comment is that trying to get them out of the foil can be an issue (they are tiny). Not problems with taking along side a glass of water.

Good results, especially if they're out of the normal product I use. I've been on the Pearls now for about 6 months and I only have an occasional flare-up (not the almost daily issues before). As long as I continue this simple therapy, my issues are far behind.

I'm in EU and was looking for a UK based webshop to buy some rare to find medications and avoid customs (packages for UK do not have to pass customs).

I found this webshop , it *seemed* to be in UK and had reasonable prices and shipping prices.

I registered on august 20 2016 and immediately placed my order and payed it straightforward.

The payment was accepted and then...nothing.

The order stayed in the "processing" state forever.

After 8 days I asked for informations and didn't get an answer, not even an automated email.

On august 15 2016 I got an email from their helpdesk telling me there was some trouble and they ad re-sent the package , and gave me a tracking number.

The tracking number was USPS and stated the label had been printed that day in California (US)!!!

So my package was to be delivered from US and therefore had to pass customs, which was the thing I wanted to avoid....

The tracking number itself was a little on the "sleepy" side; every day I checked it on USPS and it never changed from "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item"

Finally, after 15 days (august 30) the tracking started to move!!!

Today, *after almost 2 months* I got the package, and on it there was indicated "gift"; I have to consider myself lucky that customs let it pass so "quickly" without holding it for further inspection...

So my review is: very unprofessional, very slow, to avoid at all costs!!(unless you can wait 2 months for medications...)

So far, I'm happier with these pre-measured packets than the bulk Breathe-ease. While you save some money in the bulk form, that one starts to bunch together over time and becomes more difficult to measure and use. The overall Grossan system works well, however.

I ordered a product from Allergy Liberation and shortly after received an email from 'Customer Services' to say that it had been dispatched. I waited for quite sometime, as it didn't specify how long it would take. They sent me a tracking number, but it never got dispatched!! I sent numerous emails, with no replies! I ended up not receiving the goods and also never receiving a refund. I spoke to my bank about the situation and whether they could do anything about it. The problem was put in the hands of their fraud section, and I was very grateful that I received a refund back through my bank. Please do not use this company!

I googled natural headache remedies and came across Sinol M nasal spray from Allergy Liberation, I paid £9.95+ p&p in June 2016 and the items arrived from US within 2wks, however the spray expired in January 2015, almost 1.5years out of date. I've sent numerous email which have all been ignored this company is disgusting. DO NOT BUY!!

This is a very well made machine. It is easy to use and easy to clean. It works very well.

I had problems with mucus building up iny throat and I was continually clearing my throat. It drove my family crazy. I have tried nose sprays but it was only a temporary solution and I didnt know what the long term effects would be. This unit uses basically mild salt water. The first day I used it I was so much better. I felt like all my passages were clear, breathing seemed easier and deeper. And best of all my throat was clear. I feel that this is the answer to my problem. I will use it daily for a couple weeks and then I will probably hange to everyother day. It only takes about 10 minutes, about the same time it takes to brush your teeth with a water pik

I strongly recommend this unit.

I have made several attempts to either receive the product I paid for or to receive a refund. The folks at Allergy Liberation, while attentive at first, have ignored my continuing requests to make the situation right.

So to date I still have not received my order from February 2016 and I have received one email from them since then... in spite of my sending multiple emails with evidence of payment in the form of imgage of my VISA bill.

please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

Love it... and wish it was quieter. (I wish most ALL the electric bathroom tools were quieter)

Even if you do not believe you have sinus issues, get one of these and use it daily.

Trouble with sleeping, stuffy head, itchy throat, sinus pain/head ache, etc., then use this.

This works much easier (especially for kids) than the usual gravity fed Netti-pot or sinus rinse bottle. Because of the hand-held wand it is much less mess and easier to administer to self and others.

Like flossing and brushing your teeth twice a day, rinsing your sinuses should be part of the daily routine.

And for those of you who say "I've never needed it before and I'm doing just fine!" that's like saying you're just fine with not picking up that loose GBP100 bill blowing across the lawn right in front of you (and no-one else in site).
