service and delivery was excellent

This service is excellent and the goods arrive in perfect condition. This is such a difficult subject to tackle and it is marvellous to find a retailer with a wide range of helpful ideas to give peace of mind. The goods were delivered within 36-48 hours but were left at our front door - the driver did not check if we were actually at home.

I was able to discuss my requirement with the young lady and did not feel embarassed

Being such a personal subject it's not easy to think about,talk about or delve in to but I was delighted on finding the Allanda website as everything I needed to know about products is there and it's so easy to purchase from them.

I saw allaboutincontinence when I was on a google search, they were the first ones that came up, and fancied a look. I was amazed by the range of products that they have, and they were in stock of everything I wanted! I sent an email to them enquiring about their next day delivery service, they responded within the hour and gave me the answers I was looking for right away, the man that replied was very kind and understood about what I was asking and helped me decide on the delivery option. I ordered via next day delivery, and confirmed this with the man I was originally emailing, he confirmed that he would be able to sort it out. He was very interested in helping me out when I was a little confused, and I was surprised that he put up with the amount of emails I sent. All I can sa is, you should defiantly buy from this place, they have brilliant customer service and they would be willing to give you a reply to an enquiry as soon as possible.

usually taking orders for work/home online is a boring and mountainous affair. but some thing about the speed, delivery tracking and just clear straight to the point everything.

As for telling friends about this website, they know and will use. many other websites i have used tend to be 'iffy' on the delivery dates which means if you are running a tight schedule and need packages there to be collected at the right time makes it really hard. Especially with the sensitivity of the products Allanda role out, its important to know when the packages are arriving. well you guys have cut that bit out, well may be to say your partner-ship with Yodel and discrete packaging.

So overall a big thank you for the work you do, they way you deliver your service and the amazing discrete packaging of products. to tell anyone about this site, all you need to know:

1. its easy and displayed well

2. you get your package when they say you get it, plus it can be tracked super easy

3. packaging, you wouldn't be able to spot the different between their packages and anything else you order online

4. just wow :D

As for the product, does what it says on the tin, cannot fault it in anyway . Actuarlly to be honest the products Allanda role out are actaully the best I have come across yet in the UK and France !!!!
