A bit disappointed of the hairdresser advices (he didnt look that expert), also the straightener has burnt me several times.

On top of that, the price paid at the end was much more higher than prices mentionned on their website and much more higher than what they initially said I will pay after the kind of diagnostic.

When I told the owner that it wasnt the same price she changed the price but it was still higher than what I was supposed to pay.

So dont know how they work but it looks like prices depends on people....!

A bit disappointed as I expected a lot from them given their reputation and I end by looking for another salon :-( (more trustworthy with real experts)!

I would have liked

1) more honesty : that the price would have been the same as what they told me initially (a first receipt was given to me initially) and also knowing why prices are much higher than on their website?!

2) having more PROfessional advices from hairdresser and smoother than the 2 who dressed my hair (burnt several times....)

3) not spent nearly all my afternoon overthere !

I like this site because they sell an eclectic array of different cosmetics for ethnic skin hair make up etc. Males and females children provided for. Its a straight forward site. Correct items were delivered within 2 days. They packed with dedication, and arrived in one piece. The only thing I don't like about the afrotherapy site is their lack of encryption, when filling out personal details, like delivery address, and logging to your account.

However, a superb site for buying difficult to find cosmetics if you don't live in the metropolis.. All items delivered are bran new and fresh stock.
