Something went badly wrong with a phone order. Sorting it was a nightmare, 7 phone calls; left holding on for 10 or more minutes ; cut off once. Sally was helpful and she told me to speak to her the next time I rang. The next 2 or 3 times I wasn't allowed to speak with her.

A bit of a nightmare as the booster on my own phone is wearing out and I could be left without phone communication.

I will think very hard bout purchasing from here again. We've never had this trouble before.But haven't used this org since the name change.

Looked through the instruction manual and connected as per instructions only to find the clock did not work.

Phoned Action On Hearing. they agreed to exchange the clock providing I paid for the return shipping. Win,win situation for them. They despatch a faulty item and you pay all there expenses.

The A188 is an excellent product; far better than A194 travel vibrating alarm clock which I purchased and returned because the set up procedure was very complicated. It had two alarm settings and I never fathomed out why or how to set up the first. Consequently the wretched alarm woke me at midnight and at the time set on alarm setting two. The mind boggles. It is probably suitable for younger persons who are "gadget wise".

The A188 is idiot proof and simple to set up. Long may you keep it in stock.

What would I have liked to know before I purchase the A194? Suggest:

"very difficult to set up , if you do not understand modern gadgets give it a miss"
