Ordered my mass gainer from this company as the price was reasonable and I was looking for a new company to shop with after a local shop near me closed down.

The site is packed with tacky cheap adverts trying to sell their products but but this didn't put me off buying as I was happy with the price of my product.

Then 5 days after ordering I still don't have my product, so I called the number and no answer? Ok left it an hour and stil no answer, it was a monday so I though it would be strange to be closed? emailed them straight away and no answer!!! I thought I had been muged. After 9 days I received an email to request that I called them back, then a very unfriendly man answered who tried to sell me another unknown product in a different flavour as my order was out of stock. He mocked my knowlege of how to use bodybuilding supplements and basically told me to like it or lump it.

I finally gave in and this unknown replacement product was sent over, not sealed! but I didin't want to call 99 nutrition again so I bit the bulet with this one and stuck with the product.

It was ok, not what I normaly use but after the lasck or response and then rudness of that call I don't ever want to use 99 nutriton again.

I would just like to thank all the staff at 99 nutrition for giving me some sound advice when i came into their shop in Romford.

They were very patient and professional when asking them questions.

The service they gave me was first class and they also provided me with some great links so i could pursue my bodybuilding career.

I would recomend other people to pop in to see the guys and all the great offers they had instore.

Not one for writing reviews but i though these guys were getting a bit of bad press. I ordered a true gainer and a whey protein a couple of days ago and it arrived the next day via courier. It doesn't get much better than that. I also was advised to take the True Gainer over another product by one of their representatives and i've got to say he was right about the flavour however only time will tell on the bulking side of things. Very happy, great service A+ ;-)

Appalling company. Ordered items with free delivery, never received the items nor a calling card, call or email from the seller or the courier, was then charged £5.99 for the delivery that i'd never received! Never took it upon themselves to question the courier, just took the money and ran! Poor customer service, certainly wouldn't use them again or recommend them to anyone! Avoid!
