I placed an order with 50scents on 29th May.
I got an email acknowledging the order and subsequently the payment cam out of my account a couple of days later.
I never received the goods and despite several wmails to various email addresses I found, I never got a reply.
I found there phone number but it was constantly enged for 2 days.
I finally got through to an obnoxious man who was neither sympathetic or apologetic who said they could not get the goods I was looking for and that the payment had been refunded today. I have not had confirmation from Sagepay of the refund yet.
My opinion is that he had no intention of returning the payment and obviously did not have the goods that he was advertising for sale, which are still on sale today. If I had not houded him then I would have lost my money.
I would warn anyone else not to use this company as they are not trustworthy in the slightest.

Beware Fraud Website!!!
ordered 2 bottles of foundation at a good price, said 100 in stock. No email received saying order received which is unusual as most companies do this automatically. Anyway no sign of the package 2 weeks later. Emailed both addresses with no response even though it says a reply will be received within 24hrs. I thought I would search the company smelling a rat and found all these reviews about this fraudulent company and how they take your money and run. So if you see this info before placing an order, then don't do it. Wish I had seen this before I ordered. Will be following it up now with the bank.

I also got scammed. Ordered 2 bottles of aftershave and to be fair, the first bottle arrived and I got a response to say they would refund me for the bottle of Polo that did not come at a cost of £31. They have ignored all contact from me since and I have reported them to trading standards for stealing my money. Theft.

It's unfortunate this review requires a minimum of 1 star as this is without doubt a 'no star' business. I ordered a bottle of Gucci Envy on 11th December. It still hadn't arrived by the 20th so I called but no answer. Sent 3 emails to which I never received responses and lost count of the number of times I tried to call again. It's now 22nd January and I never received my order nor any communication.
Not long after I placed the order I noticed a couple of fraudulent transactions on my account totalling £474 to an insurance company I had never used. I have just found another to an online electronics retailer for £29, again, I have never shopped with this business. It all seems very fishy.
I now have my bank investigating the fraudulent transactions and have changed my card. If you have shopped with 50scents.co.uk I would strongly recommend you do the same.
How I wish I'd seen this site before ordering from them! There are a couple of glowing reviews on here for 50scents.co.uk. I would imagine they have been submitted by the fraudsters themselves, despite the fact it's illegal to write a review of your own business. Gives you an idea of how they operate. DON'T GO NEAR THEM!

I placed an order for a bottle of ELIZABETH ARDEN RED DOOR on 27th November from www.50scents.co.uk , and the money to pay for the perfume was deducted from my bank account the following day. I had still not received my order and since it was a gift for Christmas for my mother I was trying to track it down by emailing the company on 17th December, I had also tried phoning but it was ringing out. It said on their website they reply to enquiries within 24 hours and because it was so close to Christmas, I emailed again on 19th December. I got increasingly impatient and decided to try phoning again.
I spoke to a gentleman who looked up my order and told me the product was
out of stock and would not be with me before Christmas, I was not very happy that they had not told me this before, considering they had had my order for over three weeks so I asked for a refund and was told my account would be credited by the end of that week. I then received an email on 21st December confirming our telephone conversation. That is the last I heard from them. I emailed again yesterday (4th January) since I had still not received my refund or had a further reply from them. They now appear to just be ignoring me.

Ordered some Elizabeth Arden Red Door EDP 50ml at what i thought was a great price compared to other websites, now i know the reason why they are advertising stock that they dont seem to have, and fobbing people off with useless answers when they ring to find out where their product is, I have sent several emails all ignored so far, and after reading the reviews on this website I dont hold much hope of them answering my phone call either, sounds like they are advertising stuff they dont even have just to defraud people and get their money from them, I will be calling consumer advice and seeing what can be done about this mine was £15 but if hundreds of customers paid similar amounts they are quids in especially as they dont seem to be delivering items and it appears they dont seem to have anything in stock at all. What a con

orderd d n g perfume on 20th december and still not recived it, phoned up and was told ther suppliers are closed what a joke, if i sint get it nxt few days i am going to ther unit in erdington birmingham.
i am having similar probs ordered my elizabeth arden for my aunty on 15th and still not got it and they wont reply to emails need to phone and see what excuse they have sounds like they are ripping people off

Ordered 16th December for Christmas gift and still not received! No response to several emails and no reply to telephone calls.....very poor service and wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.
same with me orderd a d n g perfume before xmas and phoned them up go it will come sometime 6th jan as they get them from suppliers a let down and bad service.
I've had exactly the same problem. Ordered on 11th December and still not received, no response to emails or calls. Dodgy company, avoid at all costs, you'll just be throwing money away!
