had my first delivery of cranberry easio yoghurt from yoghurt direct. What a fantastic experience ordered on a Friday and received it first thing Monday morning fantastic service I had been buying from health food shop which was local but stumbled on this website and could not believe the prices can honestly say that the saving is emence, will defo be using this company again. All I can say is many thanks for quality product,price and brilliant service.

Worst delivery service we have had. I ran out having ordered on time using previous experience. Will order earlier next time.

More flavours in the low fat yogurts and the multi packs in the low fat yogurts should be mixed not all one flavour and free delivery charges would be nice.

it's ok when everything according to plan, the website said orders usually received the next day. Due to the bad weather recently, I was't received my order the next day, actually over a week late. I understand the weather is the main problem of the delay but I just want someone can tell me when was the earlier day i will get my order. I phoned the company but they don't actually deal with the order on the phone. Then I e-mailed many times but no reply either even though they said on the website e-mail will be deal within 2 hours. I would say the customer services is quite bad after they take your money.

secure payment and prompt delivery. all products purchased so far have proved to be of good quality. i do not intend to look elsewhere for alternate supplier i do not think this service can be beaten.

good product, good delivery excellent service.Slightly more expensive than some elsewhere, but more choice of flavours and who likes paying delivery charges!Have been using easiyo for about 3years, its so easy to make up and lasts 2 weeks in the fridge, ideal when there's only 2 of you..

The service was excellent, the site was easy to use and delivery was fast, however the product has not impressed me, only about half the packets of yoguurt have actually set and been useable I have made about 8 so far, yesterdays attempt failed again thats 2 in a row.

Always there, always reliable. Not the sexiest of sites, not the most comprehensive range of product, but delivers every time. And quickly.

Great product and great service. Perhaps you could make up a box of ten(10) individual satchets of different flavours and then the customer could order the box instead of each individual satchet. So far there is nothing that I dislike about the service or product and will be ordering more as soon as I have used the ones I have.
