Having been let down by another spice supplier from Herefordshire and suffered the arrogance of the staff/owner, I turned my attention to The Spicery.

I had originally looked at The Spicery but went elsewhere to save on cost. In hindsight, you very much get what you pay for when buying spices.

The free delivery turned out to be next day, the packaging and presentation was in a totally different league. I haven't used the product yet, having only received it today, but I am sure I will be equally impressed.

The website is simple but the energy seems to have gone into customer focus.
