The only thing that grates is the comparative cost of the P&P which accounted for 40% of the overall cost.

I purchased 12 different kinds of loose tea from tea story web page and I am very happy with the taste of all teas, the description which is on the packing of each tea is just perfect, tells you how many tea spoons you have to use for how much water, what temperature of water to use and how long to leave the tea in the water...this is very useful to achieve just the right taste of the tea, I love loose teas and have not come across such a perfect description before...as well their site looks very good and the teas are very well described...service and communication was perfect, so thank you guys and very well done, will be back for more teas soon, thank you, utterly recommended!!!

The Red Snow has incredile properties and we really enjoy having it. A part from that the White Monkey and Gingko variety are delicious and so healthy!

The Milky Oolang taste has no description... simply terrific.

I’ve ordered few different teas as I'm passionate about good quality tea. Because I'm brestfeeding mother I bought mostly caffeine free rooibos and I have to say "african summer" is my favourite one! Just love this refreshing fruit flavour which reminds me summer time and keeps me going :)

Another thing what I like about these teas is packaging - very clever and useful ziplocked sachets keep the fragrance and quality of tea for long time.

I was also very surprised when I opened the box as I found some additional samples. I appreciate it as I can try new tea without waisting money in case I don't like it.

I'm generally very satisfied with service provided by teastory.co and I will surely reccomend it to my friends.

I’ve ordered one green tea - Chun Mee and one black tea - Darjeeling 1st flush from teastory.co eshop. The eshop is quite nice and very well arranged. Payment was OK with PayPal as usual. I added also some tea samples to my cart and to my surprise I found some additional sample in packet when I opened it. I also needed a strainer so I added one to cart when ordering teas, it’s much better manipulation with tea using a strainer. Eshop has also offering of other useful tea accessories.

Teas arrived after couple of days in ziplocked sachet which preserves the tea qualities quite well.

Possibility of ordering a tea sample is good way to find out about new teas without having large amount of the tea.

Teas are very good especially the Darjeeling black tea and It looks that I’m slowly becoming a fan of loose leaf teas, because these teas have better quality and you can really see the tea despite of the tea bags and it’s more fun to actually prepare such tea.

So far I’m very satisfied with service provided by teastory.co and I will surely order some other teas as soon as I drink up my current supply.
