I placed an order for vegetables and grocery with www.sulabhmart.com Online Grocery at Kolkata on 6th February 2014. I got a phone call on my mobile from this website (via mobile number 9874784374) at 5 p.m. on 7th February 2014 that the items will be delivered that very evening or by latest the next day, i.e. 9th February 2014 morning by 11.30 a.m. Till 1 p.m. nothing was delivered. When I called up the number from which I had got the call, I was informed that their executive will call me within the hour. Even after two hours I got no call whatsoever. When at 3 p.m. I called them from my mobile they did not receive the call. WHen I called them from my landline they seemed very surprised that the items were yet not delivered, and I was informed that they will call back in 10 minutes to update status. Even after 15 minutes no call came. Upon repeated calling, finally they picked up my call and told me that delivery would not be possible. BY relying on their website I lost valuable time and was left with no groceries for cooking.
