Was most likely ripped off because only a week after a purchase was made, the website was shut down. Although it says the customer services will give you a reply, calling the number redirects you to a mobile number that never gets picked up.

ordered items never recieved no reply from them ,can,t get hold of anybody by phone . have now gone to trading standards , they are going to check them out

My order was a week late, when arrived only half of my order was there. It took 3 days to get an answer eventually they said they wud send my missin items. 2 weeks later my stuff is still not here and have not been able to get through to anyone for the last week. From my experience dont waste your time with shorters club. It wasnt worth the hassle and phone bill.

Avoid. A week after my order was placed the order tracking page showed that my items had not even been despatched. Sent a polite message via the website asking for an update: no reply. Contacted Shorters by phone, which always defaults to a voice mail registered to a mobile: No reply to any messages left. 11 days after my order was placed I received an email stating that my order was cancelled. No apopolgy, no explanation.

Avoid at all costs

We have been trying to get hold of this company for a week. Telephoned and emailed every day. Their 0207 number diverts to a mobile number answerphone. Never answered.

Our order has not been delivered, and somehow doubt it will.

STAY WELL CLEAR.

After 3 days of calling and emailing and no one returning my calls I finally get through to someone who tells me they now can't deliver on time and I'm out of their 'borders' to collect. What does it matter where I live if I'm collecting. They were rude, unhelpful and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I'd avoid like the plague!

Got delivered half empty box, complained, eventually got an email response to ask if I still wanted the missing items I had paid them for. Given no idea as to delivery dates, sent numerous emails with no response as to why the replacements for the curiously missing items had not arrived, left 2 messages to the land line number - which is diverted to a mobile - no reply. So in brief, I am out of pocket and shortersclub are a joke and a bunch of ripoff merchants! Even had the nerve to ask for feedback, but the system blocked me from leaving 1 star!

Been using them for more than 2 years ok at first. But my last three orders have been a nightmare.

Taking up to 17 days to arrive, no communication all mails calls ignored.

STAY WELL AWAY. THEY MAY BE A LITTLE CHEAPER BUT THE STRESS THEY GIVE YOU IS NOT WORTH IT.

I bought items from shorters around november 2012,and never received all items i have tried contacting them several time but no response they ignore my emails and phone calls,am really diaspointed with shorters club and will never buy from them neither will i recommend them to my friend.i will really take them on if my items are not delivered or my money refunded

The first order was delivered with no problem. The second order made in early December 2012 never turned up. After repeated emails and attempts to contact they told my seventy plus pounds would be refunded. It never has been. I'm an OAP and that's a lot of money. They stole it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
