Ordered wine on 23 November with website showing in stock. Queried non delivery on 6 December and was told awaiting stock. Emails after that totally ignored and impossible to contact by phone as you are kept on hold for ages. Luckily I paid via Paypal and have taken the matter up with them. I see the website is no longer functioning.

Like many other people I have been conned by these fraudsters. Happily took my money, but no goods, no replies to e-mails, no-one to answer the phone. Have nothing to do with them

Ordered some spirits for Xmas presents on 1/12/12, marked as next day deliverly, still not arrived.not even got the manners to answer Emails.

Will be contacting Trading Standards and their local Police Force.

Ordered wine on 16th Nov for 1-3 day free delivery. Now 19th Dec they have stopped responding to emails, phone permanently engaged (got number from another reviewer on this site as it's not on their website) and no wine! Absolutely appalling!

I too am in the same boat as the rest of the reviewers. Order still placed at 'picking' whatever that means - even though like others, the product was 'in stock' with over 20 cases available. Sent chaser e-mails including asking for a refund - yet no reply. Phone either rings out or is busy...

I ordered 2 bottles of elderflower liquor at a cost of £40 in November 2012 and it still has not arrived in February 2013 !!! No replies to numerous emails and no answer to the phone number. When I looked at parcel tracking it hadn't even been picked - the link now doesn't work. Complete scam!!

paid for 18 bottles of wine that were "in stock" paid extra for postage, still not arrived, given up on these rogues, rip off..

Made a payment for a couple of bottles of vodka in mid november in the hope they would arrive in time for my girlfriends birthday, made payment via paypal. No response to my emails, no items recieved and now it appears as if the site has dissapeared entirely. Nearly a month later I have given up all hope.

What I want to know is how do these people actually cash out from a scam like this? All I had to do was file a complaint against them with paypal and I managed to get a full refund within a week, this website was merely annoying, frustrating and a complete waste of time on my behalf. Is it paypal who loses out? do they scoop up the funds transfer them to an offshore account and let paypal deal with the refunds or what?

I placed an order for 2 bottles of wine which I couldnt find in any of my local supermarkets. They took my payment immediately and I received the standard order confirmation email which advised delivery is expected within 4 days.

Almost 4 weeks on and I havent received my order. Their website is now no where to be found on the internet and the [email protected] email address keeps failing and teh telephone number just rings and rings with no answer or voicemail.

These guys are thieves. They took my money and never sent me my order. If the items wernt in stock they should have refunded my money IMMEDIATELY!

Ive contacted Paypal in a hope to get my money back.

AVOID AND DO NOT USE!

I'm not one for complaining but the service I got from these guys was dreadful.

I ordered 3 bottles of single malt scotch from them on the 4th of December so as I could get them well in time for Christmas. However, nothing ever arrived, they never answered my e-mails, and it has taken me ages to get my money back.

One to avoid!
