Despite being told not to, in the clearest terms, Naked Wine repeatedly took money from my account. Lots of male hen and bull excuses but still awaiting repayment.

I had seen them around for some time and like the concept of being an Angel. This involved some months waiting as they limit the numbers but every bottle of wine I have bought to date has been excellent. Deliveries have been advised in speedy fashion and arrived as expected. I like posting reviews of the wine on their site - and the replies from the wine producers. Wine prices for the quality are acceptable and I expect to continue with them for a long time to come. I'm glad I joined. :)

However Naked Wine should know Yodel, dumped box at front door. I asked could driver please put by garage door approx 10 paces away, due to my bad back. No was response and drove off...appalling customer service!

After a couple of large orders I received a voucher from along with Amazon orders for Nakedwines.com, giving me a discount for ordering wine of a minimum amount of over a 110 GBPs or something in that line.

I placed the order, only to find almost 3 months later that 20 GBPs were being taken form my account.

I have contacted the person who I guess owns the company, asking for an immediate refund as I was duped into this monthly amount being taken off, without my knowledge. I received a reply just stating that I can cancel at any time and the normal marketing babble along with it.

I tried to cancel it, but the supposed cancel process just takes your around in circles asking you to donate anything from 25% to everything in order to cancel.
