Fortunately it's Paypal so should be able to get a refund.

Placed my order nothing arrived ! Couldn't get response from there contact centre. Do not use this website!!

i have looked everywhere for fizzy lemon sherbet sweets UNWRAPPED - so found this web-site and the picture showed them exactly as i wanted them, unwrapped, lemon shaped and pitted. 12 hours later i went back to the web-site only to see that the picture was now of a smooth long oval shape wrapped!!! i had specifically put on my order form that i must have them unwrapped (as per the photo they had) as the wrapped version are plain boiled lemon sweets with no fizz and no sherbet so that is why i made that request. other websites when you order send you an acknoweldgement as soon as you have paid. this company did not. so, when i saw that the photo was different to the one i ordered i had to cancel straight away - i didn't send 1 but 4 emails went off and no reply whatsoever - i got so frustrated that i put in a claim with paypal to get my money back and still 5 emails later no response. then, suddendly a reply email to say that my order had been cancelled and i could check it on line - so i clicked on the link and guess what? ERROR 404 - THIS PAGE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE came up!!! they have no "account" section on their web page. i'm so sick and tired of these so called on-line shops that put photos up that are absolutely NOTHING like the product you receive - is it really that hard to get your own photos uploaded?? so all in all i have to say a truly dreadful company to deal with both in product placement AND their non-existant customer service.

Paid for my order to be gift wrapped but arrived in a plain cardboard box, nobody answers the contact number and nobody has replied to my emails. This was 10 days ago and all i have requested was for the gift wrapping fee to be refunded. Really bad customer service.

No sweets arrived and no reply from customer services. Would never use again.

STEER CLEAR!!! Hamper had nothing in it as displayed, appalling presentation, I could have put this together for a quarter of the price myself. Complete waste of money and embarrassment of a gift :-(
