I was really happy with my delivery until I saw that the panettone only had 10 days remaining until it reached its expiry date. I emailed Luigi's but received no response, so emailed a further two times - all emails have been ignored which I feel is very poor indeed. I do not recommend this compnay at all.

I let me guard down when shopping with Luigis. I was taken in by the fancy website, high end products and telepohne service. I receive dmy order on time (2 days) but after looking around i found all the same products but for half the price! i am completely gutted i paid more. For example, i paid £3.25 for a packet of bisuits that 2 other delis online were selling for £1.78!!! extortinate! but i am the fool for shopping with them. want my advise, shop around as every product they sell is cheaper else where

I purchased Baci chocolates for my wedding day at very short notice (the week of the wedding!) due to being let down by an online Italian Deli. I called the shop direct to ensure they had them in stock and advised of the urgency. They assured me I would get them the following day! sent via City Link. I purchased around 2.30pm and notified by email regarding processing and dispatch. I was also able to track my delivery on the City link website and got them as promised the following day at 11.00am! I am so thrilled with the service especially after my traumatic experience with the previous supplier. they have restored my faith in online shopping!
