Got kefir in post and the bag was burst causing the instructions to be wet and torn tried to get in touch but no phone number just e-mail and no answer

Purchased water kefir grains via Paypal, but nothing came. No phone no on website - only email option - my emails have never been answered.

Wish I'd seen other complaints before I paid. Looks like others have been robbed too.

I ordered goods from this online shop in Jan 2013 and never received anything. I wrote countless emails and no reply at all. I then purchased the goods again (don't ask me why!) and the same thing has happened again - nothing received. I now feel they have stolen £40 from me. NEVER USE THIS STORE.

I used this online shop to purchase ginger beer grains (water-kefir type) and a Finnish type of yogurt culture. These cultures are living organisms so they requiered to be looked after for them to work fermenting, however the order was sent through first class Royal Mail but it did not arrive until 4 days after they were posted. I contacted the website shop via email to let them know that perhaps these items might have been lost in the post but they never reply back. I wrote a second email when the cultures arrived to let them know that they have been received and they never reply to this email either. The cultures I received were damaged and they did not work (suposedly because of the time they have been lost in the post) I gave up but won't be using this online shop again as all I had when placed my order was an autamatised email from paypal (not even from them!) I understand that it was the fauilt of the Royal Mail to be so late with a fisrt class item but I expected thekefirshop.co.uk to answer my emails. On other note, I used the Happykombucha.co.uk shop and they were brilliant!!
