Product ordered was Wet Ones Fresh Scent - 5 canisters. Product received was 5 of the 10 Travel Packs...........Upon receipt of the order, it was the wrong item. Could not reach anyone by phone after two calls and had to deal with online chat. I wanted to return wrong product for correct one but online rep could not tell me if they had the correct product in stock. In the initial conversation, he wanted me to email him photos of the wrong product I received, the box it was shipped in and the packing list. I told him no way was I going to go thru that nonsense. Initially, I requested they send me a pre-paid shipping label so I could sent the stuff back to them while they in turn send me the correct product I had ordered but he informed me that he did not know if they had the product in stock and that they would not refund my monies until they received the returned product. Based on their incompetence, I'm not confident they are going to fulfill their promise. Time will tell........But as it stands now, there is no way will I EVER deal with this company again..........

My first order from HarrisburgStore.com was bittersweet. I ordered largely based upon the store’s touting my order would be received on a specific date, which was four days into the future. This was important to me, as my order included items that could be ruined from heat…and the local weather forecast projected cooler temps for the next 5 days – well within the Harrisburg store promised date.

I placed a relatively large order. I quickly received an order confirmation. My credit card was immediately charged for the entire order. I did not receive any correspondence as to shipping date, tracking number…or anything for that matter. I waited.

Six days later, still not having received the order and not having received any shipping information, I called Harrisburg Store’s “Chat Now” phone number. It was a business day and during working hours. No response – so I left a message including my return phone number and order number.

I received a return call from Harrisburg late the next day. Coincidentally, my order was sent shortly after that call…that was three days later than the promised ship date, and the temps were now well into the mid 80’s. I finally did receive an email updating shipping information..the day after my call.

My purchases finally did arrive 9 days after my initial order date. I am located within the 2 day FedEx shipping time, as per Harrisburg Store’s FedEx chart.

All was fine inside my single large shipping box, despite the high temps. The items were packed exceptionally well, but the box in which multiple items were shipped looked used, and was in overall rather poor condition.

Would I order from Harrisburg Store again? Perhaps…but ONLY if I didn’t need items by a promised date, and ONLY if Harrisburg store offered items at significantly lower prices than other online vendors. Harrisburg Store has a long way to go in refining their performance, when Amazon can deliver 99% of the time within 2 days, and other on line vendors within 3 or 4 days.
