First Class Service. I searched the Internet for a bottle of Glendronach Grandeur and found my way HTFW. The price was consistent with my expectations. From purchase to delivery the process went like clockwork and I was kept up to date with the progress on an ongoing basis which meant I could plan my day around the delivery timescale. The packaging was excellent ensuring the whisky arrived safely. Would definately use HTFW again. No real criticisms of the HTFW experience.

Ordered this for my dad as a Christmas present, it arrived 2 days later in a large box, plenty of padding and in perfect condition. Very very happy with the speedy service and the glass is beautiful.

The service was great, I got what I wanted (a little pricey) but I guess it comes down to you pay for quality, and quality is what I got. The packaging was great, delivery fast (tracking available). I surgest if you want something you like buy because it might be gone by tomorrow..... Last but not least, enjoy your whiskey!!!!!

I phoned up Hard To Find expecting to chat to a characterless phone operator that was just there to process my order but what I received was possibly the best service I have ever had when ordering online.

Jason, who I spoke to was extremely well informed in whisky and offered lots of sound advice and helped me choose the two whiskies I wanted. His knowledge stands up to some of the best out there!

I cannot recommend HTFW enough. Their prices are superb, their shipping times are super fast and the whiskies you receive come extremely well packaged.

I also like the fact you don't have to wait on hold when you ring them up and go through lots of automated lines. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is just to be able to phone up and for someone to just pick up the phone!!

Bought the Blade Runner glass for my Son for his birthday. I already have this glass, and knew what I should be getting... The glass was very well packed and as beautiful as it should be. Always disappointing when you don't get the certificate and presentation box when you only buy one, but that is how it is with most sites.
