As usual, we received excellent personal service. A quick email told him what we wanted (6 x Torrontes 2015 and 6 x Gavi Fossili 2014), and it was despatched that same day with an invoice by email. A quick phone call to him to pay, and the deal was done. End to end, painless, hassle free and quick. simple site to navigate, delivery was fine with plenty of options to cater for different timeslots. I was kept fully up to date with the order at every stage and even when they had to change the vintage, they made sure I was aware and happy with the alternate vintage and price matched the original order. Wine was delivered very well packaged and would have needed some serious damage to cause any problems.

The Hailsham wine list is one of the biggest and best in the UK, in my opinion and I have bought online on a few occasions before. Being in the area last week, I called in to the shop. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and they provided me with a PC so that I could review the wine list and choose the wines I wanted to buy. They also provided me with a cup of coffee ! I would not hesitate to recommend Hailsham to anyone who wants to get a wide choice of wines, good value for money and expert advice. These guys really do know their wines and they show their enthusiasm for their product to the customer.

First time ordering from hailsham and very pleased with the communication from them, delivery times and packaging. Just need to try the wine now :-)
