Wish I had read these reviews prior to making my order.

Ordered 2 hampers on 05/06 to be delivered on 11/06. Called the company on 07/06 to ensure that order had gone through and delivery would be ensured for 11/06. As per other customers below, I spoke to a lady and was informed that my hampers would be delivered on 11/06 and not to worry which was also put into an email for me upon request.

Rang on 10/06 to double check hampers were arriving next day as both grandparents were going to wait in all day for their hampers. Again spoke to the lady who told me the hampers were in the office with her and would be delivered the next day 11/06.

Behold, the hampers were not delivered on 11/06.

Called 9am on the 13/06, rang for 20 minutes, the phone was put down on me. Called for another 10, and she answered. I questioned where my hampers were and what was going on. She told me they were 'lost in transit' and that I was too rude to be put through to a manager to speak about the situation!!

Conversation concluded with my hampers being refunded,still waiting for the refund, and an 'apology hamper' being sent out by the company to my grandparents,it arrived on 14/06 and was apparently, 'small and nothing to it'. She also told me that if my two original hampers were to turn up, my grandparents were 'welcome to keep them'.

Honestly, a shambles. she likes to say one thing, and do another.

Do not touch this company with a ten foot barge pole, paid for express delivery and didn't arrive for 5 days, mothers day passed and my mother got no gift, only to turn up on Wednesday with all contents scones and cream all out of date so it was all inedible, company now blanking me and avoiding to sort the problem out they are an utter disgrace, a company That will take your money and deliver you something that is fit for the bin, I am going to report this company to trading standards, just shocking.

I paid extra for a hamper to be delivered on my friend's birthday. It arrived two days early and the company were utterly ghastly to deal with. Months later, they have only just refunded me the extra delivery charge I paid.

what you see on the pictures is not what you get, the only way I can describe these hampers is its a basket with a few samples sized items in them, with a few tea bags thrown in for good measure.. Don't bother contacting the company to return the hamper as they won't pay the return postage so it will cost a bomb on top of what you have already paid.

Working in retail myself, the hamper cost over 50 but was actually worth 15 tops.. Disgraceful I wish I'd seen the reviews on here prior to purchasing as I wouldn't have bothered

Ordered the 6 Muffin Hper online for a Birthday present, all I can say is shocking, absolutely shocking. They advertise as a family run business with handmade cakes and fresh products from local suppliers made by hand. Absolutle rubbish... Package arrived and it was 6 pre packed mass produced American Muffins, nothing like the picture describes and advertises. Local family business in Somerset yet the muffins came from a factory in Sheffield. Serious breach of trading standards and absolute rip off... Unfortunately as we were away and had no phone signal by the time we arrived back we had missed the 3 day cut off... Disgraceful company and terrible customer service... £20 for 6 muffins that are far better quality in Tesco for £1.. Shocking...

Why don't we get the option for a NO star ating, this company does not deserve a star!

This is the 3rd time and the very, very last time I will ever use this company. First time good service and flowers delivered on time. 2nd time they did not deliver flowers on time for my Nanas birthday. Received an apology and a full refund. I ordered the 3rd this time the Christmas Cheese & Wine hamper for my grandpas birthday. Ordered on 21st November for delivery on 30th November. No delivery so I emailed friday evening and received an automated message advising no customer service till Monday. I called the company at 10.30am monday morning as they were obviously not going to contact me. Spoke to Marie nice lady but she lied about my delivery. The tracking service stated "in packing" as soon as I put the phone down I received an email advising my hamper was being dispatched. She called me back and advised that my hamper had been damaged in transit and was on the way back, she coud not explain the "dispatched" email i had just received! She offered more cheeses for the hamper as an apology to which I refused, she then offered chocolates and a refund of my delivery charge. I advised that I was not at all happy with the service and that this was the 2nd time the company had let me down, she apologised again and hung up. I have unsubscribed from their newsletter and will never ever use this company again. The hamper has now been delivered three days late with a tiny box of chocolates and a small not a full sized bottle of wine. Not impressed and very disappointed in missing an important birthday.

I want to surprise my husband on his 44th birthday so I ordered a birthday cake hamper for him. I am on a work assignment so I couldnt come home just in time for his birthday. Sadly 5 days past and the cake hamper was not delivered. I called up customer service what happened to my order and MARIE (the owner) said that it has been delivered but I told her that we didnt received anything. I addressed it to the restaurant which my husband owns and usually opens at 11am everyday. A big sign at the door tells the opening times. Anyway, Marie promised to update me through email or call about my order. She said she will call me or email me back in 2 hours time. I waited but no email came. Then I have to go to work that night. I called up again the next day and asked her what happened to your promised about the email. She didnt apologized that she didnt email me that same afternoon. She said that they have done their job and thats it. I told her if you sent me that email yesterday as promised I could have done something that same day. Now I am back in Surrey and I have no way of sorting it out now until Friday. That means the cake will be spoilt by then. DONT TRUST THIS PEOPLE AGAIN. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, LIARS AND CHEATERS! ONLINE BUYERS BEWARE.

I got a birthday hampers ordered by family members for my birthday, and was surprised to see there were 2 bananas, 2 old apples, 2 aged dry orange few raisins and 2 small packs of awful chocolates for a price of near £40! it is disgusting for a commerce like this to take advantage of innocent customs and steal ££ from them...
