What Happened

Great store on line ordered a number of times over the years with them . Till last year had an issue but it was sorted out within the month but kept calling the manager of the company. He was really helpful.

It looks like they couldn't cope with the demand of the company which it was a shame got some great items and at a good price

No Goods. No Refund.

It's been months now. No goods. No refund. I have disabilities and therfore cannot work. No income, no savings. The little that I receive in E.S.A. pays towards eating healthily. The money owed to me by Eco Green Store is money that I really cannot afford to loose. I seem to be one of many I realise that. I have never been able to get through on the phone and held on even though it is a Premium rate number. No response to emails either.

Company Not To Be Trusted.

Company not to be trusted. Same experience as others. Paid for products. Tried to chase them up after 2 weeks, was told they were out of stock but would be replenished soon. This went on for a month. I was then sent a refund application form which I sent back and again no refund. I gave now raised a claim through PayPal. Eco Green Store/ Woocoo Ltd are a shocking company .

Dont Not Waste Or Money Or Time

I PLACE AN ORDER PAID BY PAYPAL.THEY CONFIRMED BY E-MAIL OF MY PAYMENT & DEIEVERY DETAILS.NEXT E-MAIL CANNOT HONOR MY ORDER DIDN'T GIVEN A REASON.

THEY DONT ANSWER PHONES OR E-MAILS!!!

Charged. No Goods. No Refund.

Same experience as previous reviewers.

1. Order taken and charged for.

2. E mailed stating stock problems.

3. E mailed stating order could not be fulfilled and to claim money back from credit card company.

This company was able to charge my card - therefore it could/should credit it back - but hasn't.

Ordered through Eco Green Store but WooCoo Ltd charged the card.

Eco Green Store do no answer their telephones. Do not reply to e-mails and website has been closed for 'maintenance' since last week.

(That, at least means, no-one else will be paying for goods that do no exist.)

Appauling

Agree with most other users about complete lack of contact and information and extremely poor service. No replies to emails. Placed order 2 weeks ago. Heard nothing so emailed to check.(Money has been taken). No reply. Phoned yesterday and today, ansaphone message says unable to take calls due to unforseen circumstances, please use email ticket system. So went on their website which says down for maintenance and you CAN'T send an email. basically you can;t get hold of them!! I have had not good experiences in the past but the goods have eventually arrived probably down to me contacting them to complain. Gave them the benefit of the doubt this time as previously they said they were a small family busy and apogising for delays, but to now have the same problems again something is clearly not right. I do not trust this company.

They Take Your Money And Don't Deliver The Goods B

They take your money and don't deliver the goods but come up with constant excuses of being out of stock or waiting for stock. They offered a partial refund but I am yet to see it. They have £88 of my money held up in their account. Can not get any responses to email and their phone system is yet another scheme - leave you waiting on a toll number for over 15 minutes and when you leave a call back number (through frustration) they do not call you back. Obviously they have no idea how to run a company and their customer services is a joke. I recommend you stay well away from this company unless you like giving your money away. Ordered in February and still waiting for refund in April. I would give them no stars if at all possible.

Don't Trust Them

Ordered product from them, never arrived. No confirmation. No dispatch.

Paid though paypal so hopefully covered, however ecogreen contacted me and instructed me to contact who I paid through for a refund, they can't not supply item so they should refund.

No Delivery, No Explanation, And Dodgy Refund Process

Ordered, nice email to confirm, then an email to advise that my order cannot be delivered. Eco green store then advised me to contact my bank to sort the refund which essentially meant that the bank would have to dispute it on my behalf- which I suspect that given the small amount the bank would probably just pay me and not bother with recovering the money from EcoGreenStore.

I have sent two emails in requesting refund.

I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards if my refund is not received within seven days.

Will not be using this company again their unhelpful refund process looks like a way to make money at the banks expense.
