If i`d have written a review 6 months ago i`d have given them 5 stars!!!

But in the last 6 months they have virtually doubled in price and orders have gone missing.

I`ve been ordering from them for over 3 years, with hardly a glitch, but it all started going pear shaped from Oct 2012, 2 orders never arrived, not even

a customs letter, when i contacted them they basically told me tough, you should have taken out the insurance for $5 AUD.

So i tried it with the insurance the next time, still didn`t arrive, all in all 5 orders have gone missing.

Sadly they will not have another penny off of me, and i advise anyone considering buying from "Discountcigarettestore" to stay well clear now.

been using for a few years,no problems,then placed a order which didnt arrive,there reply was,tough not our problem,i have told friends who have used them,but not no more,shocking reply,no customer service,what so ever!!

IVE HAVE BEEN USING DISCOUNT CIGARETTE STORE NOW FOR OVER 3 YEARS AND I HAVE ONLY HAD A FEW PROBLEMS,ONCE MY ORDER DIDNT TURN UP BUT COMING FROM AUSTRAILIA THATS NOT TO BAD AND ONCE CUSTOMS GOT HOLD OF THEM,CUSTOMS SENT ME A LETTER ASKING MY TO PAY THE DUTY,I CONTACTED DISCOUNT STORE AND THEY TOLD ME TO SCAN THE LETTER AND SEND TO THEM,WHICH I DID AND THEY SENT ME ANOTHER CARTON OUT FREE OF CHARGE,IVE BEEN ORDERING 200 SOMETIMES 400 A WEEK AND THEY ARE THE ONLY PROBLEMS IVE HAD,THE FIRST ORDER TOOK 3 WEEKS AND FROM THEN ON IT WAS ABOUT 1-2 WEEKS,THE ONLY REASON I HAVE STOPPED USING THEM LATELY IS THAT IVE NOTICED THE PRICES HAVE SHOT UP VERY SHARPLY AND I AM LOOKING FOR ANOTHER CHEAP SITE,ANYBODY HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?

I have been ordering from discountcigarettestore for almost 12 months. I had to change one order and customer services resolved the problem within a day. My orders take around 2 weeks to arrive and fingers crossed everthing has arrived to date. I have not been overcharged or had any of the problems that other users seem to have had.

I ordered twice so far and received tobacco from them. They were delivered within 8 days. I paid by credit card. I then found that a company also based in Woodville Adelaide scammed my credit card for £240. I am in the UK. I have cancelled my card and also reported this to the police in Adelaide. The company that scammed my credit card was Viper Marketing pty LTD.37 Leslie St W, WOODVILLE SA 5011. I am going to do some research to find out if the companies are related. I am writing this review so people are aware of the activities of this company and don't get caught out.I did receive product from them. Waiting for Police response to see if they are known to them.I also informed discount cigarettes that I informed the Police. I have just put average verdict until I hear from Australian Police.

Two weeks ago I ordered one yes only carton of cigarettes from this same company and am still waiting for it to reply. After contacting them via email to find out where my order was they told me to check their frequently asked questions section on their website. Is this company for real, does anyone actaully their orders or are they just scamming people????

I ordered 600 B & H from this company and paid by a direct debit card. I received 400 cigarettes two weeks later from Australia. I informed the supplier immediately who responded that " due to Australian law we can only ship a maximum of 3 cartons of cigarettes, or 500grams of rolling tobacco per week.

I informed them again two weeks later that i had still not received an now they claim thy have been lost in the post and if i pay another pay the postage fee of $12.95 they would send me a replacement of my order. I refused to pay this and asked for the delivery note number as i would ask the post office to investigate. This company was unable to supply the delivery note number.

Do not trust this discountcigarettestore.co.uk with your cash they are liars and cheats.

I ordered 20 packets of Marlboro lights from Discount Cigarette Store, was invoiced for them and paid immediately. The only way they allowed me to pay was by directly transferring the money to their bank account so I received no receipt. They said that the cigarettes were normally received by customers within 10 days, even though they claimed to send them by Royal Mail which is normally much quicker than this. The cigarettes were relatively expensive for discounted imported items but this reassured me that they were likely to be more reliable. I received nothing within a week, sent them an email to get an update but received no reply. Since this time I have really struggled to get any response from them. They have only been able to say that the post can take up to 30 days. In my experience, post in England never takes this long, especially when you have paid an exorbitant amount of money for secure postage.
