Very Impressive Turnaround. Would Recommend.
heard of this coffee from a friend. Tried it and loved it so I had to get myself a machine, having been stuck buying instant coffee for so long. The turnaround for shipping was unbelievably quick. Must have been 30 minutes before I was told it was packed and ready for shipment and it arrived the following day as promised for a very generous £5 charge. They also threw in some free coffee supplies and biscuits for being a new customer. Good job!

Still Not Recieved Order
Placed an order over 3 weeks ago, order stating pending stock, they have taken funds for my order! I have sent them numerous emails requesting delivery confirmation, however not received any response to date!!

I have ordered coffee pods from this company 3 times in the past 4 months and have to say that all went extremely smoothly every time and the last Oder was put in on 29 Nov 14 and goods were delivered first thing on 2 Dec14; excellent service!!
I do agree however, that they do not respond to emails but on a plus, I did email after I put in my order in on the 29 Nov 14 and they carried out the change of coffee flavour as requested.
In sum, great value for money therefore will continue to use them but answers to communications by customers would be a step in the right direction.

Same problem as some of the other reviews.
1st order placed (early 2014 )was delivered ok. However, this was not the same on the second order.
Placed my second order in August 2014 and paid for goods by bank transfer. Still no delivery 6 weeks later. They do not reply to my attempts to contact them.

I ordered 2 items from this company some time ago. 1 item arrived, no problem. They took the money for both, but the delivery note was marked '1 of 2 delivered'.
I haven't received anything since. I emailed the company many times however, I never got a response.

Problem With None Delivery - Refuse To Answer Emails
I ordered some coffee pods from this company some time ago - and also ordered two mugs. The coffee arrived, no problem. They took the money for the glasses, but the delivery note was marked 'out of stock'.
They never arrived. That was many months ago. I emailed the company several times but never got a response.
They have a sister company, called the diskery, which deals with computers. I even tried emailing them, too - and they never replied, either.
The mugs were only 8 quid… but Im not prepared to deal with a company who will not respond when there is a problem.
