Wrong Order Received

I ordered a £35 gumball machine (paid fpr online) and received a £1.50 bag of gumball sweets.

I am awaiting receipt of proper order - hopefully in time for Christmas - but not impressed so far

Update: Cybercandy was brilliant. They were easy to contact and corrected my order within 36 hours. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Disrespectful Staff

The staff at Cybercandy on Upper Street in Islington are incredibly disrespectful. I would not recommend that you visit their store at all. If, like me, you don't enjoy being humiliated don't go.

No Delivery, And No Answer To Enquieries!

Bought a pack of twinkies for my boyfriend as I'm abroad for two months I like suprising him with things in the mail. The purchase went fine, and I soon recieved my confirmation e-mail followed by my delivery and tracking info. My partner missed the first time they tried to deliver however. So I contacted customer service of yodel (the couriers), asking them to contact us so we could agree to a new delivery time. I left two e-mails, two mibe numbers and one landline number. We didn't hear anything though. Then I sent another e-mail, no answer. My partner rang them (suprise now ruined), got a new delivery sorted for the next day. It didn't show, same again next day. Ring, agree, no-show. I now sent two more e-mails two days apart. NO REPLY! My partenr then rang them again, asked what was going on. They said I had put the wrong address, my partener then told them that was strange, as we'd had a delivery slip the first time they tried. The person on the other side then just said, it'll be delivered tomorrow at around 1pm. But, oh no!

It didn't arrive, I checked the parcel tracking and behold, it said

Cybercandy Is A Online Sweet Shop That Sell A Lot

Cybercandy is a online sweet shop that sell a lot of foreign sweets from all around the world. I would like to use this site but I dont like to leave my details on sites that store credit card information. Also delivery is expensive and the site doesn't look so nice like it is really old but there are a lot of links in the left hand side to find the different sweets.

I Saw The Reviews Here And Visited The Www.cyberca

I saw the reviews here and visited the www.cybercandy.co.uk site. Two things stopped me from making a purchase at this site:1.Is it still 1999? For a site selling such expensive sweets you would think they would put some effort into the website. Looks like it was setup in 1999 and has had nothing done ever since. Bad design and links everywhere. Not the major point but I'm sure they cuold have spent some time on improving the site in 10 yaers. After all they charge a lot for sweets and chocolate. Ok it is probably a bit expensive to get the sweets from other countries but it still seems abit expensive. I was going to buy some stuff I liked but then something else put me off.2.The checkout! This was the main problem. They wanted me to put my credit card details but it didn't look secure at all and when I checked the info section I think they store the details in the software. This put me off and having spent about an hour adding stuff to the cart i decided not to buy. I don't like to leave my credit card details on all kinds of sites especially when a lot of sites now use a credit card company for the payments. Ok they might be just as insecure but at least they credit company are going to put some effort into security. From the look of this site I'm not sure they put a lot of effort into the website and didnt want to risk it. They say there has never been any fraud from the checkout in the info section but they would say that!!

If You Have A Problem With The Cybercandy Website,

If you have a problem with the Cybercandy website, go to one of their stores -- London and Brighton (I think).

Having Found Cybercandy, A Website That Stocks Ple

Having found Cybercandy, a website that stocks plenty of hard to find sweets and candy I previously believed to be only available in the United States I embarked upon sending an extortionate amount of money for very little in return. For novelty value I did not mind paying their high prices but was soon very disappointed. I received my order, in a tiny box, 2 days after ordering, inside were 2 damaged items and 2 tiny boxes of candy. I had ordered two 7 oz boxes of sweets, but had received two 1.8oz boxes of one line and nothing from the other line. No explanation was given and the invoice showed I had paid the full amount. I have emailed Cybercandy and heard nothing back after three days. Can anyone suggest anything? Is there a phone number etc? Overall, majorly disappointed.

Cybercandy Has A Good Range Of American Candy And

Cybercandy has a good range of American candy and chocolate bars but they sell out of the popular stuff quickly. You can always try an American candy hamper from www.britishcandy.com or try your luck with globallysweet.co.uk.
