Simply doesn't work, placed an order for collection, when arrived at the restaurant they didn't have our order, so ordered it there and then verbally. Glad we didn't pay in advance or order anything for delivery - DON'T Bother

When you place your order on this good looking website it advises you, the customer not to contact the restaurant direct.after waiting fir 2 hours I thought they would not deliver and shoved a pizza in the oven. After 2.5 hours the curry arrived. I feltvsomsorrybfor the driver as he had suffered all night. DO NOT use this website.

I had ordered a curry last night through the curriesonline website. When delivered, they had got my order wrong. I had to re-order the correct curry order with the delivery driver, pay for the meal again and go to collect it. This was even after the original delivery time was half an hour later than curriesonline had informed me. Because the mistake was made by curriesonline and not the curry house that completed the order. It was up to curriesonline to refund me for the order they got wrong. They have no phone number so you cannot contact them when something goes wrong and they are yet to reply to my email enquiry. Ultimately;y they have provided a terrible service and would not recommend anyone to use these "services"!!

I came across this site while I was looking for a local Indian Takeaway and thought it looked really fresh and friendly. I searched my postcode on the site as suggested and it came back with 14 restaurants & takeaways offering delivery to my house.

I went through them all, reading reviews, looking at the promotions and other information like delivery times etc. They seemed to cover all the aspects you tend to look for when you want to place a takeaway order.

I chose one that was about a mile away and I had always thought of ordering from but didnt know how good it was. As they had 9 reviews which were very good and a promotion of 2 free bottles of cobra I thought this will do the trick.

On the menu page everything was displayed very nicely, broken down into specific categories, they also have a search button if you dont want to waste time searching through the menu.

I pressed the proceed button and it took me to a page where it asked me whether I would like to become a registered member, I decided why not? so I completed the registration form which was very simple.

I placed the order and paid by card which I noticed was on a secure page (definitely something to keep an eye out for)

I received an email confirmation almost immediately giving me an approximate delivery time and the restaurants telephone number if I needed to contact them.

I was constantly looking at my watch thinking this has been a really good experience, something must surely go wrong here! (sorry, this is the sceptic in me)

The food arrived with 5 minutes left to go on the estimated delivery time which was such a welcome and most of all the food tasted absolutely delicious.

I must say I have used other online ordering sites for food but curriesonline really takes the biscuit, I know they only do Indian takeaways so you can't use them all the time, but believe me anytime I do want to order an Indian it will always be curriesonline......fantastic service.

So anyone living anywhere in UK can order form their local Indian. I would definitely recommend this website whenever a Indian Curry takeaway comes to mind!
