I found this website recently and don't know how I've done without it! There are some really unusual items and I'll be going back to it for presents for sure. I bought a smoking gun which arrived promptly next day, very well packed and which seems to do exactly what it's supposed to. I've only tried it a few times but I'm loving it. I shall be back for more soon......

I received a Liss retro syphon as a Christmas present, and I loved it. Used it for a few months on an almost daily basis, but then I experienced a problem. The syphon would not charge properly and sprayed back through the charger valve.

Cream Supplies asked me to return the item at my own expense (a lot, these things are heavy!) but told me there was no problem and sent it back to me. Now, perhaps I was doing something wrong BUT the company's customer service is dreadful. Two week-long waits for any response, I tried to send a video of the problem but they said the could not access and offered no alternatives. I did eventually get a refund for the present giver, but I am very unimpressed with this company and would not recommend.

-I ordered 2 bottles of bitters and 2 ice moulds.

-They were delivered before 9am and exceptionally packaged.

-For what they sell, they have 'fantastic prices'and one of the best features for me was that even though I bought four items, the delivery price stayed the same!

-I WILL BE USING THEM IN THE FUTURE!

note: I assure anyone who reads this that I have no relations with the company what so ever and do not benefit by writing this; i am merely very, very happy with the services they provide.

Just concerned because I have not recieved any confirmation email.. Guess we will see if the come tomorrow

Ordered cream chargers on Thursday and they arrived Friday - perfect!

Excellent website - lots of product details etc. Very fast delivery.
