After Victorinox knives were recommended by a friend we went on the internet and looked at several sites before deciding to go with cookware/uk Ltd because of the prices but especially for the cost of postage. I ordered 3 items and within a short while received a phone call from them to say one of the items was out of stock and would I like a substitute. The items were delivered at 9am the very next morning. I am delighted with the service and with the items. Thankyou cookware uk.

After looking for a decent quality chefs knife and not wanting to pay a fortune for it, I decided on a Victorinox after reading great reviews.

Trawled around the usual sites for the best price, but this place beat them all hands down! Postage was very reasonable and the product was delivered promptly. I get the impression this company is still small enough to care about its customers.Incidentally the knife is excellent value for money, and razor sharp. Gotta go now,I need to order another for a family member!!

Placed order, got order confirmation then another mail to say one item might be delayed - did I want two seperate shipments at extra cost for seperate item or did I want to wait. I responded by explaining ordered goods are for a charity event only few days away, and within two days later, items arrived in plenty of time for our event! Well pleased - excellent personal communication and involvement - highly recommended!

Bought some vistorinox knives and and an insulated cafeteria from them - it was £2.29 on special offer then. It is a professional catering supplies website but I had an impression that their prices are good. The order arrived the next day well packed and the invoice included. Reasonable carriage upto £25 then it goes up to about £6.50 but free over £50 again, not too bad.

I did not get informed when my order was processed and despatched but the delivery was fast enough so I cannot really complain.

Overall satisfied and can recommend this company.
